Welcome to New Charter Academy we are part of the innovative vision for secondary education in Tameside.Our Academy is a publicly-funded independent school, accountable to the Government, which provides free education to people in the local community. The Academy is funded on the same basis as other schools, and New Charter Housing Trust, the Academys sponsor, has invested two million pounds in the new school to enhance students opportunities.We offer a highly academic Sixth Form to continue the learning experience.
