1 ★The main use of this app is to make a payment. However this function does not work. You fill in everything thru 3 screens checking mysteriously sounding confirmations and finally the app throws a cryptic server not found error. I tried 5-6 times at different dates the last 6 weeks. The app is up to date. Still does not work. Apparently the only purpose this app serves is to display ads. It should be removed from the app store.
1 ★You give all the blurb in English in Play Store then when the app is downloaded there is no option for ENGLISH LANGUAGE version - so it is useless for English speakers. I have to use my online account in Chrome which does the translating but don't use the English language option because that defaults to the investor and corporate page which is worse than useless. Come on Turkcell get your act together.

1 ★today I went to, Tukcell in Manavgat and bought another 10Gb! data credit. When I open Digital operator, I see that I have 2gb internet left. That is what I understand from the screen: Paketeinizde kalan internet. I am already at 73% after 1 hour, with the MOBILE DATA OFF. this is unbelievable . I paid 110TL yesterday for the SIM card with 8 Gb and today again 75TL for 10Gb and I have only 75% left after using it for 5 minutes.
2 ★this app makes me want to scream at my phone's screen because it has a big problem: you cannot pay for anything you want to buy from the app. i just want to pay via my credit card because you are offering me this function within the app, but i can't?? the screen goes completely white or it says there is a problem occurred. every time this happens. i get completely upset because of this problem
1 ★Sometimes it doesn't work and you can't even buy packages online
2 ★The translation to English is bad. Only the main menues are in English. Everything else is in Turkish. If you want to offer an english version you should eirher do a full proper tested version or not at all. The app is almost uselss untill I learn the language 😉. Once the app is fully translated it deserve 5 stars.

1 ★Given the size and market share this company appear to enjoy this app is an embarrassment. There bugs, poor User Interface choices and cynical promotional and advertising. These had me entering my bank details 3 time trying to buy a packet, only to have it close on me when I checked the confirmation text for the transaction number. Then amazinglying the terrible mobile formatting ment I had to guess and fiddle around to know where to put that code. RUBBISH. Avoid the company altogether.
1 ★Since i started using the app it is hard to make payment via card and now threw the process to last page you get a security code error page pop up with a 404 code mean the page is not recognized by turkcel how come such a stupid mistake happend tp a big telicom company and for long time without fixing it what a poor app design and lack of experience
