Description
- تأسست الكلية في العام 1975م ككلية للطب البشري. - في العام 1993م تم البدء ببرنامج الماجستير في التخصصات الثلاثة التالية طب المجتمع و الصحة العامة, أمراض الأطفال , أمراض النساء و التوليد و بعدها توسعت البرامج لتشمل أمراض الجراحة العامة و الامراض الباطنية و جراحة العظام و الكسور و علم الأنسجة المرضية و المختبرات السريرية و تتم الاستعدادات للبدء ببرنامج الماجستير في الأمراض الجلدية و غيرها وفقاً للإمكانيات و متطلبات سوق العمل. - في العام 1995م تم إنشاء تخصص الصيدلة و سميت بكلية الطب و الصيدلة. - في العام 1997م تم إنشاء تخصص طب الأسنان و سميت بكلية الطب و العلوم الصحية. - في العام 2009م تحول فرعي الصيدلة و الأسنان إلى كليتين مستقلتين. - في العام 2010م تم البدء بمشروع دلفي لتدريب المدرسين و الطلاب على مهارات التواصل. - في العام 2007م تم البدء ببرنامج الدكتوراه. - في العام 2012م تم البدء ببرنامج بكالوريوس علوم المختبرات الطبية بالتعاون مع البنك الدولي ومشروع تحسين الجودة في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي. - في العام 2012م ثم البدء بالتحضير و الإعداد لبرنامج بكالوريوس التمريض و الذي يخطط لافتتاحه خلال العام الجامعي 2013/2014م. - في العام 2012م تم إنشاء لجنة أخلاقيات البحوث الطبية. - في العام 2013م تم إنشاء وحدة ضمان الجودة في الكلية. - ترتبــط الكلية باتفاقيات تعــاون من خلال الاتفاقية الموقعة بين كلاً من جامعة عدن وجامعـــــة الملك سعود وجامعة روستـوك وجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية وبعض الجامعات الإيطالية والمعهد العربي لتنمية المستدامة التابع لاتحاد الأطباء العرب . - يوجد هناك تعاون مستمر و مثمر بين الكلية وبعض المنظمات الدولية كمنظمة الصحة العالمية و البنك الدولي على سبيل المثال. - تصدر الكلية مجلة علمية محكمة تسمى المجلة اليمنية للبحوث الطبية و الصحيـة ويشارك فيها باحثون من داخل الكلية و خارجها محلياً و إقليميا.Latest updates
