1 ★I have had a few dealings with customer service. Most recently I bought parts. There was a glitch, twice the gems were taken out. I messaged customer care and in response they sent a message threatening that if it ever happens again they won't return my gems. I didn't spend the gems, they had just taken them. What kind of customer service is that?
3 ★Like this game but food disappears from my counters whenever I exit and come back to play. Older versions did not do this. Have been experiencing this for months now. If this is not corrected will uninstall.
3 ★I wish we could get higher levels than 99. I also wish that when you buy floor tiles, you didn't have to buy them one at a time (and have the option to sell them when you want new ones). It's fun though, I'll keep playing.
2 ★I love this game but I made a dish that was 800 coins per plate and only getting 4coins per plate. I spent 22hours and a lot of coins hoping for the 800 a plate and got screwed. Can you fix your problem or should I Uninstaller it. Would be nice to know I'm not wasting my coins for plates I don't get my coins for. This whole day had been a waste.

1 ★I play devotedly like it consumes almost all my time even at school and I even freak out remembering that something I cook is about to be done and so on... but ugh I hate it that everytime it makes unecessary purchase and gets your gem without letting you pick no like you just want to click for info about the item but then it will automatically purchase the item and I have been saving all gems I get from the start and now there's only 7 left just beacause of that tree and I invested so much time like the F!
2 ★How much ever you expand there are a limited customers at a given time like 20 to 25. Where as if you have a seating of 50 or 100 all the other tables are empty all the time. If the restaurant is expanded more customers are expected to fill the tables
3 ★I play on my Android Phone and for several months now my food keeps disappearing even with the door blocked.. It's a waste of my time and coins to make food then it dissapears. Please fix this because I do enjoy the game other than that.. The latest update that came out for restaurant story is the worst one yet in respects to the food dissapearing..
5 ★I love this game and have been playing it for years. The only thing I wish is that we could expand more to make our places larger and it wouldn't take so long to get to level 100.
5 ★I am on level 99. I have played this game daily for many, many years and still love it! I do have a suggestion... allow people to complete goals they missed. I missed a few when I first started playing and would like to play them in between new goals!
2 ★It's a good idea and the premise is good. There is to much distraction when you are trying to carry out the process and you are asked a thousand questions over and over and over. You have answered the questions once why do you ask the same questions every time you open the game? It gets frustrating and I am not sure if I can continue with this process.
