วลี “เสด็จสู่สวรรคาลัย” นั้น หากใช้คำว่า “ส่งเสด็จสู่สวรรคาลัย” นั้น อาจมีความหมายว่า ประชาชนเป็นผู้ส่งเสด็จสู่สรวงสวรรค์ ดังนั้น หากละคำว่า “ส่ง” ออก เหลือเพียง “เสด็จสู่สวรรคาลัย” หรือ “พระผู้เสด็จสู่สวรรคาลัย” จะทำให้ถ้อยคำดูสวยงาม และชัดเจนกว่าคำว่า “ส่งเสด็จสู่สวรรคาลัย”
