Description

Warning: This application is deprecated as of Android 5.0. I see that alot of people are still using it So i will be doing a reboot on this application in the future to support higher versions of android for legacy unlocked devices. Zram virtual memory is outdated and may not be existent in the newer device lineup but may be usefull to legacy unlocked devices with custom software on them. The paid version of this application no longer exist.

Requirements
-Root (Optional for some features)
-Kernel with VM/Zram support
-Kernel and Device Support may vary.
-Zram Settings was made for devices who generally rely on VM/Zram to run properly, generally legacy devices with 512MB of ram.

Zram Settings is a light weight Zram configurations based application for Zram compression enabled kernels. This tool will allow users to toggle compression of Zram usage as well as configure VM usage. Also allows for custom overriding compression ratio. Aside from Zram settings, this application also now includes virtual memory management of how your device uses your device's physical memory. This application is based off of the memory management of the CM Settings.

Supported Roms: CyanogenMod, AOKP, Pacman, CNA, Custom AOSP based roms.
Usually Xperia devices rely on Zram/VM (EX: Xperia U)
Usually HTC devices do not use Zram (EX: HTC ONE)

Your kernel needs to support the following partitions in order to fully take advantage of this application...
"/sys/block/zram0/disksize"
"/sys/block/zram0/compr_data_size"
"/sys/block/zram0/orig_data_size"
"/sys/block/zram0/mem_used_total"

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.
