Intelligente Gebäude nutzen moderne Technik, um den Energieverbrauch auf Basis des Nutzungsverhaltens vorausschauend zu regulieren und effizienter zu gestalten.Mit dieser ASCR Smart User App ist es allen Haushalten des Baufeldes D12 in Aspern, die am Forschungsprogramm teilnehmen, möglich, beispielsweise den eigenen Energieverbrauch darzustellen sowie die Raumtemperatur aus der Ferne zu steuern.
Im eingeloggten Zustand kann der Nutzer über sein personalisiertes Dashboard alle Energieeinstellungen (Heizung, Strom, Wasser etc.) einsehen und verwalten. Neben der Heizungssteuerung in verschiedenen Modi (Homeoffice, Werktag, Party) ist auch die Regulierung des Stromverbrauchs (ECO Taster) möglich. Zusätzlich kann die Lüftung über die App gesteuert werden, es stehen hierbei mehrere Modi zur Verfügung (Auto, Anti-Schimmel, Manuell, Aus). Der Urlaubs-Modus reduziert den Energieverbrauch mit einem Fingertippen. Bei bestimmter Tarifnutzung kann der Nutzer nähere Informationen abfragen und Kosten sparen. Eine Kurzeinführung, Energiespartipps und FAQs ergänzen das Informationsangebot und für Rückfragen steht ASCR mittels Kontaktformular direkt zur Verfügung.
