使用说明：
1、程序起动后在设置界面，
设置项里有：
贷款类型：分商业贷款和公积金贷款，按您的情况填写
还款方式：分等额本息、等额本金两种
贷款金额：你贷款的总数量，请注意单位为元人民币
贷款年限：您贷款的年数（贷款最高年限是30年，如果超过30年会按30年计算） 利息列表维护
关于利率列表的说明：央行调整利率后在次年的1月1日起执行，所以在执行列表中需要填写的是实际执行的日期，如果第一个还款日在08年以后，在修改了第一个列表后可以选择自动生成列表，如果您的利率执行情况与此不同，请自己输入精确的执行利率变化表(利率变化日均按1日计算，例：第二年利率自2012-1-15日起执行均按2012-1-1计算)。
新增：增加一个执行利率
删除：删除执行利率列表中的最后一条
计算按键：计算得到结果 最后注意：因利息变化时每家银行计算方式有些不同，所以那一月会有些误差，另本软件计算所得结果仅供参考
