3 ★I though there would be a little more idk personal customization to your ark to make it your own. so far as its stands at least at the start, no that is not the case as far as I can see for me. feels like all the rest of those free to play base building games, that want to force you into paying to skip the the grind, which was made to be as grueling as possible after a certain level. Now seeing as this is just my first impression of this game and is whole heartedly possible that I am wrong about it but that's just my opinion, at this moment.
1 ★Okay, here's the problem. Yeah, this game's cool, it's fun, there's nothing wrong with it. It's the ads that deserve 1 star. Every ad for this game advertises a 3d space fighting game with huge ships and giant battles and tons of stuff and upgrades and action. The game is NOTHING like ANY of the ads. Every ad is a lie trying to draw you in. If you came here from an ad, DON'T expect to get what you saw.
1 ★The advertisement is a scam. Game play is nothing at all like the ad video. It's nothing but a typical "button masher" microtransaction generator. There's no sense of exploration, adventure, flying. You're not "playing" anything, just tapping static pictures of boring looking, cluttered "space machines" with endless "upgrades". If you like tapping your screen, there are microtransaction generators out there with much better graphics, imagination and substance than this.
1 ★This game isn't new player friendly. It's pay to play heavy and they are very skimpy on their rewards. It involves no kind of strategy, what everyone does is attack other players that are halve their levels multiple times, to the point that the new player can't level anymore. I only tried it, to get a reward for another game. If you like this kind of game, I recommend Rise of Kingdoms, uninstalling this game
4 ★the game is great . however, the only problem i have is that when you are on the map an annoying pap! pap! pap! sounds continues on set. very annoying .it makes a player want to uninstall the game. if you can fix that bug game would be truly awesome. oh that sound happens in explore mode as well. me personally, I'd rather hear The theme music.thanks
3 ★Nothing like the advert. A great time sink, that plays somewhere between FF2 and Star wars EaW. I was expecting more of a combat sim, in the style of Tachyon: Beyond the Fringe. This game is, in fact, a pay to play game. Those who would rather 0lay casually and grind for their levels will be ruthlessly preyed upon by those inclined to spend real money for advancement. There is a very short PvE window, and then it's into a tank of shark and piranha. A strict option for PvE servers would make it more enjoyable. I uninstalled due this lack of option. I will not install again!
3 ★This game was very pretty, but absolutely nothing like the ads. Further compounded by the fact that you're given a thirty-minute tutorial that barely covers everything you need to know. I was able to ditz around a bit and find some things I liked and didn't like but it wasn't an overall bad experience. The whole unlocking commanders thing was irritating because commanders were being advertised at me was annoying. Don't advertise something I can't get yet.
3 ★This is very much a pay to play game with a huge emphasis on PAY.... I've been playing since the beginning of the game so it was drastically easier since everyone was new to the game. However it is possible to play without spending any real money or very small amount of money on the game. 1st join a guild, 2nd complete the daily task, 3rd participate in the special events. If you do all three you will earn enough gold in game to pay for shields and other items without spending real money.
2 ★I like the game. the concept was familiar to me but while I was getting through the tutorial, I did a step before a quest assigned it. I crafted the light pistol. once the quest came about it didn't realize I had already used the materials provided and said I had yet to craft it. no i cannot complete the tutorial and cannot progress past the beginning and proceeding further ultimately defeats the purpose of playing the game because there is a cap I am basically at. Good game, poor execution.
1 ★This game is really frustrating. You can have days of progress completely eliminated while you're offline trying to sleep because some random guy 4 levels higher than you decided that he wants your stuff. There's no safety net or thresholding without items that cost real money (shields and boosts). I do not recommend unless you're investing time/money into the game.
2 ★Another stronghold building game. Ads and pictures give the impression that it's more of a WoT/War Robots style matched game. While they use pristine 3d models in ads and pictures, the style is strictly 2d models and drawings in game, which leaves a lot to be desired, and makes me wonder why they would waste such excellent assets if they have them. A shame.
3 ★Its a neat game. The adverisements are misleading though. They show epic battles between giant warships and customizing said warships so you can compete for resources ect. However, when you get in the game its just another one of those games where you upgrade your base so you can do things better like mafia city or something like that...
