Complete full-length individual training sessions and gain points to unlock 31 national team and professional players. As you progress through the training curriculum, you actually play against the pros you unlock in premier leagues and world cup competitions. Sessions progress in difficulty as you advance, so you better train well!
2. Functional Training: Complete full-length training sessions specific to the position you play. Footskills are cool, but additionally, it's vital to get purposeful training in the skill-sets of where you play! Extremely valuable for older players!
3. Teammate Mode: This program is very similar to fantasy sports! Challenge your teammates to single matches, leagues, and tournaments in FUN exercises (Ex: Crossbar Challenge) before or after training. Accumulate standings between you and your friends for the entire year, and let the games begin!
