1 ★The app gets struck most of the times. You will not be able to place order during the important times of market. This infact has induced me losses despite the fact that my targets were right. This app needs lots of improvement. Moreover its not free trading account. It charges fee every year. Additional to the brokerage and other charges.
5 ★Nice mobile and web app. But one issue with web app that i find very difficult to trade is , i can't see market depth properly. Total buyer or seller is missing. Why they use whole unused market depth i don't understand. If u see one buyer at some point another sell or buyer may not seen in the window. If market spread is low then you can view buyer and seller. But mobile app market depth is well manner. I can place order from the chart and manage it from the chart also.
1 ★Worst Trading Platform. Cons: 1. You can't place an order immediately. It takes 3 seconds to place order, in which you already miss the opportunity. 2. Charts don't load quickly like Zerodha, Charts load after 3-4 seconds and 7 out of 10 times they give error of 'Symbol Error'. Which is very frustrating while trading. 3. Login issue is very common. When market opens at 9.15am , it takes 3-4 attempts to login into account due to Slow Server. 4 Customer Support: All they give you is assurance
1 ★One of the very poorly developed app, not at all customer friendly app. It takes a long route to add the stock in the watchlist , once it is in watchlist next procedure of trading is easy . But it takes to many steps to add particular stock in the watchlist , till then the move finishes for intraday player. I hate the procedure to add Bank nifty weekly option , it takes 6 steps to add a particular option contract, so Pathetic. The designers of this app should have a look at others apps.
2 ★Boring app.. please check kite app once.. the interface is so good for buying and selling but some other stuffs are good in fyers.. overall very irritating app..
1 ★App not opening only after update. Please check & solve the problem.i even uninstalled & downloaded again. It opened only once and till now I am struggling with this. Now it’s again not opening at all. Even no charts are properly visible and all the necessary image are seen blurred which irritates me a lot. This mobile app is very good but as i am an intraday trader and my most important concern is the charts and the ease of accessibilityaccessibility.
1 ★Giving option for simplified login, but its not working properly.. After session out it should go to simplified login page, but it is redirecting to normal login page where we need to enter all again and again. Given this feedback before but no improvements yet.. It is so simple just one or two lines of code, dont take much time for this.
1 ★Most pathetic experience on day one. Unfortunately fyers has not linked my bank account. I was not informed about this. So I couldn't transfer the funds instantly. Later when I had transferred the funds, they leisurely credited the money into my account after market hours. When I had asked for the delay, they simply told me to do the trade the next day. My demat account was not opened till date. Asked to wait for 10 days. Fyers customer care is the worst I have ever seen.
1 ★Poor Customer Support! Trying to purchase a stock, unable to proceed and multiple support tickets without any response so far. Called the support team and they said they are trying to fix it. For a function so time bound in stock markets, its tough to trust this kind of customer service as price of the stock changes by the time they fix the error.
5 ★App is awesome....charting system is awesome.... But try to make it more simple... It is too complicated..... And orders window is really messy.... Can't understand things in it .. takes so much time to identify an order..... Fyers one platform is awwsome with so many features.... Bcoz it is a desktop platform.... Mobile platform really don't need to be this much comlicated
1 ★I think it is the worst app ever used by me in my entire life. The server issue is a major problem which I am sailing through. In fact there is no proper analysis. As everyone holds phone vertical in hand hence whenever I search charts of any script there always i had to rotate my mobile phone horizontal which is very pathetic user experience.
1 ★Lot of work needs to go into this app. Average purchase prices should reflect against holdings. Positions and holdings are not very well integrated and need to traced back all the time into Back Office, which is bad operator practice. More recommendations would need to get emailed to them. It appears that sincerity is clearly lacking development of the app. And lately since this morning it's not loading and I'm unable to login.
