5 ★I love the new update, but I keep getting Eur/usd popping up on my screen even after I deleted it. I'm sure soon the bugs will be worked out. Other than that the update is great. I'm noticing also any lines I add to the chart after I delete them they always come back. Please get this updated. The new changes are great but the bugs are making it hard to trade.
5 ★I'm not sure how many people this affects, but I'm rating the app 2 stars because on my oneplus 7 pro, the app only works in landscape mode and the bottom portion gets cut off, making it unusable. In order for the app to function properly I have to use another app called rotation control to force it back into portrait orientation, but the fonts becomes very small and difficult to read. Please fix this Edit: now 5 stars, thanks for fixing this!!
2 ★It was incredible for us who actually use it for a living, but this recent update keeps reseting my custom charts. Tried closing app and restarting phone, and now I can't even view the charts on app only price and history. Please restore old version or fix bugs asap. I'm sure many people like myself depend on this!
3 ★The interface is best on iDevices. I have android and my experience is extremely hindered. There are no shortcuts available for trading tools on android. Also there should be a close all positions button. Interface is extremely limited as far as tools, and indicators go. I believe this to be a solid app. Please make it the same as Apple. Also tools reappear after deleting...its annoying. Also can we make indicators be able to further modified ? Transparecy? Place indc. To back Dark mode please
3 ★The last update was so bad. It resets my charts/settings to default every day or even every hour or so. I'm getting tired of trying to go back to settings and fix them all over again. I have clear my data, cache, uninstalled and installed again and it's the same faulty stuff since the new update. It wasn't like this before, hopefully this new update fixes that.
5 ★I've used the app on both the ios platform and android platform. I love the android platform more. it seemed complicated at first but after getting used to it, it really is a player to trade on this app. it's got enough features to help me execute various kinds of trades and it not too complicated in the layout. good app. doesn't crash on me either. idk if that's the same experience for everyone though.
4 ★It's pretty good. Compared to other forex trading apps. I like it best .. . but I don't care for the new updated version with the "trades" list being tiny and hard to flow against the charts of the mobile app . Also , I fear that closing a position may prove tricky going live, as many times I've tried to close an open position and a pop up window for " Accepting" the closing for another position pops up frequently enough for you to lose quite a bit with this time biting pop up function.
3 ★Was really enjoying it at first until I started to notice some issues. It says that I bought for for a price that the market never touched. Thank God I'm only in demo mode. I'd be pissed if this was real money. Also it freezes and looses connection even though I'm connected to the WiFi. Yes I restarted my phone. And yes I restarted the app.....
3 ★Basic but does the job. Beggars cant be choosers. But I feel MT4 needs to upgrade their app somewhat... Maybe add a notifications option. My sounds for alerts never works. Throught he years of going through many phones and re downloading the app, the sound has never worked. If they can get that down and allow alarms/price alerts, I feel it would be much much better for a trader. But because of this, I use other apps for what I need.
1 ★I have a problem with my customization, whenever I costomize the colors and add some vertical, horizontal or trend line, my MT4 goes crazy and after a while it will change everything I've already done with it. And sometimes it doesn't show the chart which is terrible when you are in the middle of your decision or trading and all of the sudden your chart disappears.
2 ★Locked out of my account after getting a new phone. I don't like how confusing emails are. It gave me two passwords without explaining where I enter them at for each one. The emails just mash a lot of separate things together without explanation of what goes where and when to input this or that number or code. So confusing that it's tiring to the point of exhausting by the time I do finally get to trade.
1 ★It's garbage. It always has been. There's about a million things they could do better, first and foremost, actually listening to feedback from their users. But they only design the program to rip off the client; only design it for the broker, the one that pays their yearly fee. It's trash; there just isn't much better option without a hefty price tag. Strong recommendations: don't trust ANY result from their strategy tester. And don't subscribe to any of their signals. 99% chance it's a rip-off
