Agevola i Capo-Partenza VVF all'acquisizione dei dati durante gli interventi di soccorso, l'APP StApp-RI consente di acquisire informazioni sugli interventi di soccorso direttamente sul luogo, anche in modalità off-line, cioè in mancanza di una connessione dati attiva.Le informazioni che possono essere acquisite mediante l'applicazione StApp-RI sono appunti a testo libero, fotografie, tracce audio, filmati video nonché le informazioni sulla geo-localizzazione dell'intervento.
Il sistema memorizza i dati acquisiti all'interno di un archivio locale nel terminale mobile per essere successivamente trasferiti direttamente sul sistema di compilazione della scheda di intervento, riducendone i tempi per la redazione e gli errori di trascrizione. Solo durante questa fase è richiesto l'accesso alla rete dati Internet (per es. connessione dati 3G/4G).
