NATURE MOBILE has developed an app for all smartphone users that helps with identifying and collecting mushrooms - Mushrooms PRO. With more than *300* species and over *2000* high-resolution images it doesn't have to hide in the thicket. For each mushroom there is a comprehensive description and a selection of images of different perspectives and life tilt. Not only occasional collectors will have their fun with the app - mycologists will enjoy it, too, as the content of the app has been compiled by Dr. GERHARDT, author of many mushroom books and scientific publications about mycology. 3 ★I bought this app a while ago, finding it amazing, and quite complete, but it's been a long while since and I was wondering why there were no update. Now seeing you released a v2 version of that app, I understand, but I got to ask: Why make a v2? Why not simply update the old version, like everyone does? Is it to make people pay for two version? Because that seems to be the most obvious reason, and it is really a cheap-shot...

3 ★Its ine of the best apps out there. The filter is perfect. However a better name search and search by species name in addition to common name is required. It would also be great if it showed Poisonous mushrooms that might look very similar to any particular mushroom I am viewing.
1 ★try to find a mushroom based on its scientific name, but it only works with the popular name. same problem with the quiz. very limited number of mushrooms. extreeeemely expensive. very poor quality. first app I bought and deeeeply regret.
2 ★Great pics. lots of info. But very poor trait data base for identification. A lot of potential but an Id search still leaves you with 30-70 mushrooms to sort through. This was my interest in downloading the app and until there is an updated data base, I will continue to be disappointed.
