How to install INTERFACE [Substratum] APK on Android phone or tablet?

3 ★So you made me spend money again..! As mentioned the app locker closes..The q's tiles aren't semi transparent plus the status bar icons are dark..Looking forward to updates from. You.. Also the default launcher icon isn'tthemed in settings menu..
