How to install REALRIDER® Crash Detection APK on Android phone or tablet?

2 ★Tried using on OnePlus3. App crashes within 10 minutes of the phone screen being on standby. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still nothing. Customer services has no idea how to fix.

2 ★Keeps locking up when trying to edit bike details and I don't like having to put an ownership date in, even if it is a false one. Then it won't allow me to log in unless I switch on the location services. I don't want to do that unless I'm on a ride. If I can't do that it'll be getting uninstalled.
