Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★It will save an rfc as a doc but not smart enuff to open it. Retarded.
4 ★Simple, clean, and usable, which sets it apart from run-of-the-mill Android apps. Nice, but no in-document search, and no bookmarks or notes.
5 ★One feature I would Luke is an ability to mark something as having finished reading.
3 ★I wish for the ability to read RFC drafts, pinch to zoom and reflow of zoomed text.
5 ★This app is exactly what I was looking for!
4 ★I love this
3 ★I can't update the indexes or download RFCs when I'm using my cellular data connection. I don't have internet at home so this kinda posses a problem for me. If you have WiFi around though, this app is really nice. I just wish there were a $1 paid version so I wouldn't have to look at ads all the time.
3 ★It worked perfectly for a couple of weeks or so, then died entirely. Apparently this'll be fixed in the next update but it's late!
1 ★Horrible experience. Uninstalling within a minute. The zooming on Android doesn't support the pinching action. the deal breaker for me were 2 things: 1. Everyone you switch to another app and then come back, the app goes to the top page and one needs to scroll all the way back to your location. 2. No hyperlinks in the doc making navigation within an rfc real painful.
5 ★After all it's just a reader for some ASCII documents one might think. But it does not only look great, provide search and offline reading but also all the niceties that pocket and instapaper have to improve your reading experience.
5 ★Wasnt able to find rfc 4271, and its major. Bgpv4.
2 ★Would be better if it would parse the RFCs and display it in a more mobile-friendly format. Or atleast enable zooming.
