Description

!!! WARNING!!!

PLEASE TRY FREE VERSION BEFORE BUYING: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mugich.cpumulticorecontrol

The Multi-core CPU Control is a tool you can use on your rooted device to independently set scaling frequencies and the governor for each CPU core, also you can monitor current core states in real time.
It allows you to use the highest frequency for all cores and gain FPS in games, or go down to the lowest frequency and decrease power consumption when your phone is sitting idle. Improve performance right now !
Multi-core CPU Control works without any services running in the background!
Is your device supported? You need ROOT permissions. If the app doesn’t work properly you'll probably need to be running a custom firmware (for example CyanogenMod) with kernel frequency scaling enabled. It does NOT work on Zenithink zt180, Flytouch tablets and many fake clones.
Be wary of the scaling frequencies you select! Your phone may be overheated or become unresponsive if you choose extreme values. Pay attention to choosing settings especially in case of using “Apply on boot” option, btw you have 30s. timeout after your device has been booted to reset settings to default.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Monitoring status of the CPU cores. Single core, dual cores, quad cores and more are supported.
- Independent settings for each CPU core.
- Custom CPU user profiles
- 30s timeout to avoid boot-loops in case of unsafe settings
- Stats screen to see the effective usage of frequencies

How to choose optimal governor ?
- If you want to preserve battery use power-safe governor.
-If you want to achieve maximum performance use performance governor.
- If you want to find balance between performance / preserving battery use ondemand or interactive governor

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★Love what it does and being able to control each core separately was worth donating. Will get 5 stars easy when I can control the scheduler and when it displays the governor numbers correctly. Right now my phone is OC 2899 but is only displaying 2649.
4 ★Multicore control works for note 2 leaked 4.3 rom. You should choose ondeamand governor to put cores offline. But no independent core control for me. This program will be awesome with screen on/off profile
2 ★Unable to set max clock on second core while in hotplug mode. CPU1 scaling is min/max (96min and 1890max) this is S4+ SoC. Krait dualcore MSM8960
4 ★First off great app dude...as a rom dev I get sent so many things to try from users...of the thousands of apps games and launchers I've been given...this is literally the only 1 Ive ever gone back specifically and bought it...just out of pure support and appreciation... once io scheduler control gets added I can quit using setcpu along side CpuPP....5 stars easy once io scheduler support comes but still a no brainer buy for any developer or user that likes to control the performance and battery life
5 ★Of all the apps I have downloaded and used none had an operational option to disable a core properly with out causing something to happen as an after affect and they didn't stay off for long, as the device I used on when it did not work right, and was an anxious temperature of 145°F and now with a core the highest is 125°F so I approve of this app. (Device: ZTE N800)
4 ★Custom settings will not stick after a reboot on my galaxy note 4. Other than that, fantastic app.
5 ★Is there a widget available anywhere? Needs some widget options please.
5 ★Love this
2 ★The level of control on each of the eight cores is commendable, but actual functionality is not reliable. I disabled two cores, but anytime they will enable by themselves. Then i have to select the profile again. Switching between profiles also works only half the time. Have moved to Kernel Adiutor app now.
2 ★Has a quad core and dual-core with two different set of frequencies. This app doesn't differentiate, and won't allow me to clock the dual core to its full potential.
1 ★Doesn't actually limit
5 ★no update yet?
