Pixels Soldiers: Gettysburg is a tactical turn based strategy game set during mid 19th Century America.The Confederacy is invading the North, and you will choose whether to command the Southern or Union armies to victory in the farmlands of Pennsylvania. STRATEGY AND TACTICS:
Use the terrain to your advantage: Keep vulnerable units behind ridges or hide them in the trees. Protect vital mountain passes and river crossings.
Use your artillery for long range fire support or risk placing them near the enemy to use murderous canister shot. Pixel Soldiers Gettysburg includes rifled and smoothbore cannon.
Place your cavalry on the flanks or delay an enemy advance.
Use your various Infantry units well. Skirmishers are good at delaying and disrupting enemy attacks or guarding the flanks. Use riflemen to give accurate fire support, whereas those armed with smoothbore muskets are best suited for close range gritty fighting.
Will you push your troops forward and seize the initiative? Or will you set up a defensive line, await reinforcements and let the enemy come to you?
These and many more questions you will need to ask yourself. There are many ways to win the game.

5 ★Glitch found! Second map there is a fort but when I send my units there I received no defence bonus when I long click on the fort its doesn't even say there's a fort there Just "clear" as in a open field Maybe its my phone bugging out? Anyway Besides that great game defiantly get it.

5 ★Jolly Pixel makes my favourite games. Quietly literally, these games are extremely fun and the visual art style is extremely appealing to me. I love the mechanics changes to bayonet charges and the differences in weapon types. I would definitely be willing to buy more games like this. There is so much potential for new games: the sihk wars, the Anglo Sudanese war, the many wars fought in Afghanistan and the list goes on. Great job!!!
1 ★Uninstalling. New update made AI advantage even worse. Glad I still have original on another device that I have not updated. Please don't do this type update to The Great War. Email on it's way
