Description
Legacy paid version of I Can't Wake Up! Alarm ClockPrevious model of separate free (ad-supported) and paid (no ads) versions of the app has been discontinued with release of I Can't Wake Up! 4.0 update. Since version 4.0 of the application, ads are removed by in-app purchase of premium .
Owners of old paid version are granted premium automatically in the new app, when installation of paid version is detected.
To move from this app to current version, choose "Update the app" from app's main screen menu. All the alarms and settings can be imported to the new version.
This version has been left for long time users of the old I Can’t Wake Up! Alarm Clock who prefer it to the new, reworked version of the application.
Please note that only regular, updated version of the application will be further developed!

Can't wake up?
With this alarm clock you sure will get up on time, thanks to up to eight different Wake Up Tasks which won't let you turn the alarm off until you finish them!
Mind or body stimulation? Or maybe having to actually leave the bed? How about practising foreign language while we are at it?
This application features options that you would expect from alarm clock, like setting multiple alarms, daily repeating or snooze, plus many more, letting you set it up to your liking in almost every way possible:
- Smooth Wake Up – dimmed screen, volume rising, fully customizable
- Quit Block - you tend to unconsciously stop application for phone's settings? Not anymore - Quit Block will prevent you from leaving alarm's screen until alarm is finished
- Snooze Music – choose music that will play during your snooze
- Awake Test – ever woke up just to turn alarm off and go back to sleep? If you fail Awake Test few minutes after finishing alarm, alarm will be started again!
- many music sources – ringtones, music files (.mp3), playlists, shoutcasts or build-in extra loud noises
- starting chosen application after alarm’s finish
Wake Up Tasks:
Math – do some math equations
Memory – find pairs for each coloured tile
Order – set tiles in correct order
Repeat – repeat shown click sequence
Barcode – you have to get out of bed to scan the code placed in bathroom, kitchen or just on your table!
Rewrite – carefully rewrite randomly generated text
Shake – shake your phone until you feel awake
Match– connect word pairs – has build in Capital-Country collection, but you can easily make your own, for example with words in different languages!

This app uses the Device Administrator permission - activating application as Device Administrator will prevent you (the user) from quickly force stopping or uninstalling application as a way of skipping alarm (our morning selves sometimes just don't want to wake up). It is also required to enable Quit Block feature. Device Administrator is enabled only after user decides to do it at app's Quit Block settings screen. It can be easily disabled from there as well. Quit Block instruction (available at screen mentioned above) explains in detail how it works and why it needs Device Administrator.

2 ★I loved this app! Note 8. After update, a couple months back it no longer works. Never goes off and says "next alarm in less than 1 minute" even after alarm time and it never going off. Please fix!
5 ★Omg it's so amazing! I ran a test, and the math part is actually somewhat challenging the barcode task gets you up and moving, and it fights you if you try to turn the volume down! Like it actually does volume slider battle with you! This alarm app is great!!!
5 ★Best yet! I am notorious for sleeping through alarms or turning them off in my sleep. This solved that! With the different tasks you can assign in order to snooze or turn off the alarm, it has totally saved me! Definitely worth the money!
2 ★this app has worked great for years but now it's not even working right like whenever I set an alarm and never goes off and if I go back and check on it it says that it's going to go off in less than a minute when it's been a really long time since it should have gone off.
5 ★I want to give this app a 5/5 because it saved me so many times, however I want to give android 9 a 1/5 because it partially broke this app. if power save mode is on this app doesn't work at all because in android 9 some genius decided to removed the ability to exclude certain apps.
5 ★For the people saying the app no longer works after updaytge Android OS. its your battery saver mode. Go into power exclusions and let this app use the battery even when it's on. Thats why it's not working.

1 ★I have used this app for years and purchased the pro version to supoort the developers. But recently I missed 2 alarms because it was stuck on "alarm will ring in less than one minute" and never rung. I have uninstalled and unfortunately need to use another alarm app
5 ★I use this as my primary alarm and it works... sometimes... it doesn't help if you don't want to wake up but for the most part it helps you stay awake... just remember to change the times because then you'll be stuck trying to turn it off and it can get annoying
4 ★Updated review: app works on Android 9, however Android 9 does not allow manual app exclusions for the Power Saving modes. If Power Saving is on this app will not work. This seems to be an Android OS issue rather than an app issue.
1 ★Never had issues before, now it won't go off at all. It just says alarm will go off in one minute but nothing happens. Tried reinstalling, changing all my settings but nothing works.
2 ★I've been using this app for a long time, and recently it's stopped working consistently. My biggest issue is that it doesn't work for my morning alarm. I would give it 1 star, but when it works, its great.
