I recommend using Nova launcher with 4 pages for this theme. Other launchers compatible with KLWP will work, but you'll need to alter the touch events on the navigation tabs. The vault-tec icon is the app drawer. You can change the color from green, blue, amber and white by tapping the word settings, and then tapping the respective color. The 3rd page, which I've named RSS for an RSS widget can be used for anything you wish, just rename the layer.
