5 ★A brilliant app. I had just about given up on getting my 95 year old motherset up with mobile. I've tried larger fonts, even special 'seniors' phonesall to no avail. Now she's texting like a pro! The only fault with GrandLauncher is the inability to change between upper and lower case letters egcan't change the 1st letter after a full stop to upper case and i by itselfto capital I. All in all though I highly recommend this app.

5 ★This is an extremely well-designed and thought out launcher. I got my partner a relatively inexpensive and simple Android phone for Christmas as this is what she wanted. She's not very comfortable with smart phones but wanted to try but she found it extremely confusing and didn't like it at all. I'm very used to smart phones and I started looking for a straightforward and simple launcher that I could put on for her and found this gem. It instantly transformed her phone from something to dread into something that she was comfortable using. She simply wants to make phone calls, send texts, put in into silent mode etc., no gestures, swiping, widgets etc. and this launcher excels. I was so impressed that I bought it for my smart phone. I really like the customisation features and that one can customise it if required to launch up to 5 different shortcuts (apps). I've done this with mine and one of the shortcuts launches my full launcher so that all the power under the hood of Android is there if and when I want it but the main apps, phone, messaging and my e-mail are right there up front. I also think the battery level and signal indicators are very clear and well designed. Well done!

3 ★just installed on Moto Z play XT1635 - 1) flashlight doesn't work 2) any way to change title of the SMS to be "TEXT"? - in the US, nobody says SMS

4 ★I have tried out a few of these easy to use launchers as my nan is not very tech savy. This app is great but it could do with some improvements like 1.no way to store new contacts. 2.when in contacts or putting in a new number to call there should be a clear call button not just tap on the name. 3.launcher struggles to recognise pics, messages already stored on the phone.

4 ★Great App. Once you sort out permissions for new applications Grand Phone and Grand SMS due to the essential update. Android asks you to set permissions up as default for each app. Not great for the senior end user who doesn't have a clue!!! After upgrade must launch each aspect of Grand Launcher suite to set these when run for the first time. Works as expected once this has been done. Still a few niggles with UI that need ironing out but it is still best 'Senior Skin' for Android that works and allows a non tech phone user to use a modern phone.
