What to do if I have a softkeys or on screen navigation bar?
There's a global for this theme called "NavBar". It's at the top of the list of globals. Turn this on, and the apps at the bottom will go up a little to accommodate your softkeys.
How do I change the apps at the bottom?
You'll need to change the LAUNCH-* globals for this theme. In order to change what they launch, you'll need to head over to a Stack Group called "LAUNCH-* Apps" at the very bottom of Items. Here you'll have to change the Touch for each Bitmap labeled "LAUNCH-*".
Why do I have multiple events repeated?
You probably have a bunch of accounts that KLWP is pulling the calendar information from and so some events may be the same across multiple accounts. You can change your preferences in KLWP's settings.
