How to install DarkElegantUi - CM13/CM12 APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download DarkElegantUi - CM13/CM12 APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

5 ★In all honesty this theme hits all my favorite design elements so thoroughly that I'd be giving it 5 stars even if the dev had just themed Settings and SystemUI then disappeared into the night, but this still seems to get an update every few days despite being released god knows how long ago. I've never seen such dedicated followup on a theme, its amazing. Not only that but he's gone and added Arcus support so that he could roll other themes that used to be sold apart Into this one. Simply outstanding.

5 ★Very smooth and detailed. Great colors. Only 1 problem. Can't see the text in the app drawer. It is white on white. Please fix. Everything else is perfect. Edit: the app drawer went dark with this update. (Using Google launcher). Looks beautiful!! Maybe it was on my side.
