Welcome to the mobile app of KITE VICTERS and First Bell of Government of Kerala, developed and maintained by KITE (Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education), a State Government enterprise. KITE VICTERS is the complete educational channel operational since 2005, inaugurated by H.E. A P J Abdul Kalam the President of India. First Bell 2.0 is the Digital Classes made by KITE for the students in Kerala studying in State Sylabbus. All the contents broadcasted in Victers Live Streaming and First Bell 2.0 App are fully owned by KITE and are intended to benefit the students and teachers. The App is a one stop platform for digital contents for school children alligned with the State curriculum.
