Q). Can I recover hidden files from old phone if my new phone or phone stolen or broken?
A. No, currently we do not support online backup of your hidden files so that you can not recover any of files from the old phone.

A. Open your SafeFolder vault AppLock first and select app lock then go to setting click on Change password option.
Q). After hide icon, How i will open Safe Folder Vault AppLock?.
A. Dial #4567 from phone dial pad to open SafeFolder vault app.
Q) I am not able to open my app after hiding my app. What should I do now?
A. Go to you phone security app(setting)-->app-->permission-->enable autostart of SafeFolder vault.
IMPORTANT: Do not uninstall this app before unhiding your personal files otherwise it will be lost forever.
Activate Uninstall Protection to prevent this app from being uninstalled by others especially kids.

1 ★Goodday, please im having a lil issue with thr secure folder -Vault.. I hidded the app from my phone and i can't get to access thr app anymore, the code isn't workng.

1 ★Not user-friendly. A bit confusing and it doesn't show up when you want to share your private photos with the app. When you open the app to add private photos ads pop up and adding photo option never happens.
1 ★Stupid app isnt highlighting the submit button for the forget your password. I know my password as I saved in an old phone yet it doesn't take it....I wrote support n no response to my email. This is crazy...

1 ★Very nonsense app developer should be suicid. The app is totally fake whenever i tried to lock the any folder or file it did not lock any file it showing that folder has locked but when i opne my file or folder there is no lock absolutely. I was so upset due to this app and finally i uninstalld.

1 ★This app drained half of my battery while I was asleep. I can only imagine what nefarious things it was up to. i only had four pictures in there and nothing else. Avoid this app at all costs for security reasons.
2 ★Cannot unlock my files! It loads for 2 seconds then it doesn't do anything my files are still locked. Other than that it's a pretty good app, just fix this issue
