Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★I like it a lot so far, but I would really appreciate an option to have it not display when my screen is off. I use ambient clock mode so when my screen is off it still shows the clock and notification icons, but this app also shows up. I would prefer to not have it do that, so could you add an option? Thanks.
4 ★Could you published or share a link on what is the usage of the round corners sensor or punch hole pie & how to use or configure it? I tried to add the sensor but can't see or configure it to display on the camera hole on my Samsung Notes 10... The sensor configuration page didn't mention what the sensor is sensing - battery, wifi etc....? Should have a simple FAQ or help file to describe each of the sensors & their usage like what is the Signal sensor do? What signal is the sensor sensing?
4 ★Very happy with app's functionality. Maybe few features would improve it: for aesthetics, some charging animations would be nice (this is for battery bar). And in terms of functionality, some features could use absolute values, retrieved from phone's specs. For example RAM bar, instead of 100% could use max ram for the phone. Same for CPU frequency... and so on.
4 ★This is great! I can keep tabs on my data at a glance (since Pie update, my data widget hasn't worked!) without having to go through the settings menus. I tried it at the bottom but it rests above my navigation bar... I thought it would overlap it. If it would overlap the nav bar like it does the notification bar, it'd be an easy 5 star app!
5 ★Excellent! Very simple idea but works spectacularly well. With a single glance at my screen, I can determine important functional information about my mobile and the display of that information does not interfere with any other functionality, so it's superb. Definitely recommended if you want those basic metrics instantly available to you.
2 ★The app is good but needs some improvement. The problems I found are firstly, when I rotate my device. The line fills up the entire screen and then adjust based on my settings (to be on top if I chose top). I'd rather prefer it staying at the same place. Or just add an option for us to make it static. The next problem is that when I delete the app from recently used it disappeares. You should make it run in the background, otherwise it is useless.
3 ★It could have a neon effect to make it more beautiful. When I click the alignment to the end and width 50%, it starts from the middle of the screen towards the corner, when in fact I would like it to start from the corner towards the middle. When the screen rotates, the settings for the corners lose their meaning. The settings for corners should be "global" and not rotate along with the screen image.
3 ★Once had a similar app that would load on boot but this feature stopped working after a while, got tired of reloading it. Powerline would never load on boot but it stayed up after opening the app, but then it stated to turn itself off over the past week or so. Apps can be painful, usually full of adds not that Powerline had this issue but it would keep turning off, perhaps it's an android issue, it takes so long sifting through the many thousand apps these days looking for a suitable one. What's the point if the app won't stay open.
5 ★Although I like all the features available in PowerLine, the one for which I installed it in the first place is actually missing: download progress bar. So I suggest a DPB feature to be added if possible, in a near future update. EDIT: What we have now in PowerLine is upload/download network connection speed, which meassures all the time; "download progress" should only show when a file starts to and all the way up to when it's fully downloaded, as when downloading a photo or updating an app.
5 ★This is a great app I love it so so much. There are a few things I would like to recommend to you. (1) it will be great to have a battery percentage indicator that can be added to the powerline in the notification bar. This feature should also should enable one to either put the battery percentage in the middle, right or left of the notification bar. (2) this app keeps shotting down, can u fix it?
5 ★Android signal strength indicators (baterry, too) are as they were since beginning - very discrete, and usually useless. Since my eyesight deteriorated, it is even more obvious to me. Not that one must act as flight engineer, monitoring all aspects of a phone, but essentials should be obvious. With a help of this app that can be achieved, in an obvious way, blended with a design at the same time. Meaningful and usefull for me.
5 ★I've been using this since their Beta version more than 10+ years ago. Never fails and though I didn't use it across all my devices, I always keep it in my wish list.
