Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★Nvr doesn't work. Tries to open and goes back to main screen.
1 ★The people at wirepath have strived to make you feel like you're running Android 1.5 again when you use this app. Visually terrible, lots of force closes, slow, and no updates in over a year.
1 ★On a 4-channel NVR using only 3 cameras the mobile apps have become worthless. Initially the app worked OK but slow on iPhone 4, but then the app stopped working entirely. The app only works 1/100 tries on Samsung Galaxy S3 (note both on Verizon 4G LTE in major urban U.S. market). The primary reason for installing the monitoring system was to have the capability to remotely monitor. That use case is not supported. Been told the next app release (target 10/4/14) will resolve the issues, but that release has never come. Began trying the NVR functions via computer such as saving a copy of a recording but they don't work, either. Will be contacting my installer for a refund.
2 ★if you want to watch Live video, go ahead. But if you want to be able to search, sort, and find the relevant events then get a different system. Wirepath doesn't exactly excel with this app or the local NVR software
4 ★After a bit of tinkering around got it working both inside and outside the network. On a HTC One M8. Will test on a HTC One M7 next. My problem from the outside world was I was putting "http://" in front of the DDNS URL which was causing it to not connect. We've only had the system as a demo in our office for a few days. So far it's been ok. The interface isn't the greatest but then again most security camera apps aren't good at all. This is somewhat decent.
1 ★Its easier to build a time machine than attempt to playback a past motion event.
5 ★Always there even I need it
1 ★Total crap
1 ★If you have no knowledge of other IP camera systems, you might fuss around for days and put up with this system blindly thinking this is acceptable. If you are a professional, you will pack it up and send it right back. I agree that it is easier to build a time machine than to try and review footage. The interface is immature and cumbersome.
1 ★I hate this app, it lages on my phone
5 ★Jennifer strange
5 ★I love it. Nice view.
