1 ★This app is broken. If it worked it would be awesome. Not only can it not find location, but even after I became a member at a Top golf location, it says something is wrong and to contact support. I contacted support and never got any help. It's a good thing Topgolf is more fun than the app. It would be nice to see scores and stuff but oh well.
4 ★The main benefit of this app is reporting game history and that function no longer displays data. Customer service had no answers. This app needs a serious upgrade to be useful.
1 ★Initially, the app logged game history in real-time. Since the first games, however, none of my games have been logged and my name never appears on the leaderboard. Contact has been made regarding this issue several times, but no remedy has been offered. Likewise, when reserving our bay and inputting requests, nothing transfers to the actual location when I arrive. It is as though, my app is not transmitting any data. At this time, I would not recommend.
1 ★Don't bother with the promotion they run (app only offer) to add an additional $50 your your card after preloading $150. The Wood Dale location in Illinois will refuse to use it being a 1st generation location and not a 2nd generation location. Yet no where in the fine print (that I can find) does it say it's not valid at the Wood Dale location. The stats from the games you play will also not upload into the app as well, because you are forced to buy a new membership there.
4 ★App is easy to use. I wish however that my membership (Summer Fun Pass) could be accessible to my spouse by having two cell numbers on the account. I am an airline pilot and there are times that she takes our kids to TG while I am on the road, but I have to be available either for an access code or have to be there directly which is stupid to be bluntly honest. Fix that and get 5 stars from me.
2 ★Actually playing Top Golf is 5 stars for me however this review is based off the app. My main purpose for downloading the app was the game history feature which records your scores from each game and logs them. Unfortunately less than 50% of my visits appear in the app despite following the same steps each visit. customer service recommended deleating and re-installing the app which doesnt help either. Other than your game history everything available in the app is also on their website.
1 ★One of the worst apps I've ever used. I tried making reservations on the app for 3 weeks. Nothing ever available. So I send a email about my problem and customer service tells me to try online or the app to make reservations. Telling me to use the app for reservations shows me they didn't even fully read my email. Online. The search bar constantly reset itself and offered locations far from me. And when I got the location I wanted, book the time, paid.It changed the location far away.Ridiculous
1 ★Originaly app would update in real time for the game scores. You coupd also use the app to change the channel in your bay. As of the end of June no games are updating and you can't change the channel. At this time the app does very little if any that it is meant to do. Will try again after the next update.
2 ★Score reflects the app and not the location. Reserve bay function doesn't work, channel changer for bay doesn't work and you can't find the offers/coupons that come to your e-mail. Only thing it is only good for is for times and location. Google can do the same thing.
5 ★place is great, way cheaper than I thought it would be, and it tests your accuracy. booze is a little pricey, but where is it ever cheap. great time with friends and pace is perfect, dont wait too long, but enough time to socialize. will be going back multiple times
3 ★PLEASE UPDATE!!! I'm having an issue of not seeing any of my games that I've played on the app. It says I have played 43 games total but when I click on it to view them it keeps saying "You have not played at this location" but hack I was even there today for 2 hours. I love this place just want to see my stats on the app please.
4 ★Downloaded before going to Top Golf. Played for a couple of hours and played 4 games in a group. Not showing play history. But not sure if an app issue or with location played at. Looks great though, has info, and had I read the different types or games sooner I would've tried something different.
