When you need light and have your mobile device with you Flashy will help you. Either by using Flashlight or Screen you can light your way around in the darkness.
When you are looking for people or they are looking for you, you can uses SOS or RND (Random) in Flashlight or Screen (2 Different colours on screen). Or use it for fun when in crowds or running around in the dark. BE CREATIVE !!
Flashy is made as practical as possible and comes in 2 modes :
Flashlight
This mode is geared for using the Back flashlight of the mobile device. It has 4 kinds of actions that can be run :
Normal
Switches the Flash light on or off.
Strobe
Switches the Flash light on and off repeatedly according to frequency chosen by you.
SOS
Makes your mobile device flash the flashlight according to the international SOS signal or as close as possible to it.
RND (Random)
Flashes the light randomly, which changes every time Flashy starts up afresh.
Screen
This mode uses the screen to light the way.
Normal
Switch the Screen to maximum brightness or the current set brightness of the mobile device.
Strobe
Flashes screen black and white repeatedly according to frequency chosen by you.
SOS
Starts the Flashy Colour screen, which flashes 2 different colours according to the international SOS signal or as close as possible to it. The colours can be changed under Settings/Screen Mode Settings.
RND (Random)
Starts the Flashy Colour screen, which flashes 2 different colours randomly until finished. The colours can be changed under Settings/Screen Mode Settings.
Settings
Each setting has a visual or functional effect on how Flashy works
Brightness to Maximum
When the app starts up, the brightness is set to maximum. When the app closes again the brightness will reset to the device’s settings.
Keep Flashing
This works for SOS and Random, Flashlight and screen. When one of the options are selected in flashlight or screen mode it will only stop if

You click on stop button
Screen mode
You touch the flashing screen
Keep switched on
Applies to Flashlight mode
When you exit Flashy the following will happen
Normal mode
Flashlight stays on
Strobe mode
Strobing continues
Change when LED is erratic when strobing.
On some cameras strobing is extremely slow. To make it work properly you need to change to the other camera library. Follow then the steps on the message for changes to take effect.
SOS Colour Selection
Only for Screen mode
Colour 1 is primary colour. Default is red.
Colour 2 is secondary colour. Default is white.
These 2 colours alternate with the SOS screen function
Random Colour Selection
Only for Screen mode
Colour 1 is primary colour. Default is purple
Colour 2 is secondary colour. Default is white.
These 2 colours alternate with the Random screen function
