Minatozaki Sana (Japanese: 湊 崎 紗 夏, born in Osaka, Japan, December 29, 1996; age 21 years), also known as Sana (Hangul: 사나), is a Japanese singer. He is a member of the international K-pop music group TWICE, formed by JYP Entertainment through the reality show SIXTEEN in 2015.Sana was born in Osaka, Japan on December 29, 1996. His interest in K-Pop was influenced by the popularity of SNSD and KARA who climbed in Japan at the time. In his final year in junior high school, he joined JYP Entertainment through an audition on April 13, 2012.
