Description
My first attempt to create an Apex Launcher theme. This theme also works with Nova Launcher. This is a simple theme which scales down app icons with a glossy look.This is based on tutorial by Dennisxl at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1649891.
To apply this theme, go to -
Apex Settings > Theme Settings > Small Icons Apex Theme > Apply
P.S. The clock widget in first screenshot is AOKP clock widget. It comes with any AOKP ROM.

How to install Small Icons Apex/Nova Theme APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Small Icons Apex/Nova Theme APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
