1 ★Cannot load the app ? And cannot use it on iPad, I have paid my 1 year subscription, it was fine when using my free trial ? Had a very disappointed daughter and granddaughter tonight ? Please advise me of the problem. Thanks
1 ★I was so excited when I heard about this app. I haven't seen my grands in a year due to COVID so I thought this would be a great way to connect with my 3 year old grandson. We did the trial version and it worked great so I purchased a year. We use it once a week for Nana time but it's got major issues. We have to call back multiple times during the hour due to freezing or the content not loading. He loves to color but it's takes multiple tries to get the colors working. Many times he says he can't hear me so I have to call back. The idea of this app is amazing - the use of it is very frustrating. I see where you say you've upgraded it recently but it hasn't improved these issues.
2 ★Disappointing in the age of effortless video chat I tried this app at the suggestion of an article in the New York Times as a way to connect with our 6 and 7 year old grandkids. Spent over an hour trying to get it to work between two of my own devices, no luck. Never received my own invitations to join or enter a chat. Eventually at the appointed time, my grandson insisted we're give it a try. Were able to connect but they couldn't hear me. No obvious controls. Games not age-rated.
4 ★There is good and bad news. The good news is my long distance 3 year old granddaughter loves the app. She asks to read books on line with us all the time. It has really helped us feel connected. The app itself is not great. It doesn't always load. Our voice will go in and out so my granddaughter doesn't hear us. It is a bit tricky to find books and games in her age range. With more refinement this could be excellent. I love it and find it frustrating.
2 ★Great when it works. Unfortunately, even with a subscription we find major issues. Often my 5-year-old cannot see his grandparents, just a white square. Games and books get stuck on the loading screen. It's a shame, as when it works it's great. But it's so spotty, I probably won't renew my subscription unless it's on sale again or they fix all the bugs.
1 ★Not happy with this app. It's primarily just for reading with grandkids. My grandkids are 6 and 7. The coloring and games are too easy. Was hoping to have maybe some interactive board games. Matching, puzzles only have a few pieces. Need to shop for an app that has games for older than toddler skills. I like the concept but this one doesn't deliver the fun aspect. We can read over the phone or zoom. Need an interactive game app.

4 ★On first use with two grandchildren (5,2) we all enjoyed several books chosen by the older. Then I read to the 2 yo in my lap two books with elephant illustrations. Looks like a wide choice of both English and Spanish books, and several choices of others reading, too. What would make it all better would be a "topic" index to find books with subject matter of interest. We settled on book covers with pictures of elephants. The 2yo was happy enough. Overall, lots to look forward to for years ahead.

5 ★The app is awesome! I can video chat and play with my grandparents And my mommy loves the app too! My mom doesn't pay the app, but it gives you 4 days to reset if you don't pay! I really recommend this app👌 thats why the app got 5 stars from me!!!
3 ★What a fantastic idea, me only fault is there isnt that much todo, my kid prefers the games to reading but there isn't that many outside colouring. This app could do and be so much more. Still highly recommend. 🙂
5 ★One of the greatest apps!! I don't care how much the subscription is, I'm getting it. Awesome way for Grandma's and PawPaw's to bond with their grand babies. Thank You
