Download Pokétch: Shiny Hunt Counter APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

5 ★Very useful so far! There's a complete list of games and methods to choose from aside from just hatching or wild encounters, and once I've found the shiny I can add in other info such as nickname, gender and ball. My only suggestions would be 2 things. 1) For the methods, since "evolving" is already there, why not add "trading" as well? 2) And for the app in general, if it's possible then maybe a way to keep tracking the time even if I leave the app? I for one like to have youtube open while I SOS hunt and keeping this app open thru split screen can ocassionally break both apps. I can just leave this app, switch to yt, nd switch back to here to count every 10 or so battles, but I would really like to have an accurate record of how much time I spent hunting.
5 ★Great app, my one request would be to be able to see the sprites from older games for hunt targets that we're looking for in said games. The models are nice, but it would be even better to have the option to see what my target looks like in the game I'm looking for it in.

5 ★I love this app it is a useful I've only had it one day but hunts have gotten easier to keep track of I never used to keep track so those help outs a ton. only thing I wish is when you exit out of the app and clear it from recent apps your hunts would stay so you dont have to right down what your hunting and what encounter your at. but great app I love it and keep up the great work
5 ★BEAUTIFUL app, never had a shiny hunting calculator as nicely done as this one. The layout is simplistic, yet effective. And the app design has the BEST aesthetic I've seen - but as an advocator for the "Gen 4 is best gen" team, I may be a little biased. ;) [If you shiny chain in Sun&Moon and plan to do so in Sword&Shield, this app is ABSOLUTELY worth having.]
2 ★Unfortunately, I had been greatly enjoying this app since discovering it. However, after the update that just posted, all of my data and saved information is just gone. As someone who has multiple hunts going, and as someone who will bounce from hunt to hunt, I lost track of five or six hunts that were in progress after the update, and also lost access to the collection I had logged. If this is fixable, I would definitely rate otherwise.
5 ★Honestly, this is the most slick pokemon related app in existence, the only thing i dont really like about the app is the fact that the "import date" exists... it kinda triggers my OCD,id rather is just be the date obtained. another thing i would like to see is an option to input how much time it took to get the shiny under "Encounters"
5 ★This app is amazing! It's super easy to use and it's got a really neat and friendly ui. I love it! The only other thing I can ask for of it is being able to toggle the Masuda Method for breeding (similar to being able to toggle the shiny charm), since I believe it changes the odds.
4 ★it's pretty useful for storing multiple active hunts, but needs the ability to have multiple targets active at the same time to I don't have to back out to menu to increment the counter
2 ★Was a great app. Went to log today after hatching a new shiny, everything gone. The app directed me to the actual website so i tried it. Even though i selected pokemon shield i couldn't find any Pokemon from that game. Galarian ponyta, sobble, impidimp, they were not there. Reading through reviews i can see this has been an issue since last yr. I'll give it a week, if it's not fixed I'll be uninstalling
2 ★At some point I opened my app and all of my Shiny Pokemon I had tracked in the app had disappeared. But someone related to the App reached out and explained what was going on. And now it has happened a second time, overall this is a great app for keeping track of any shiny hunts and even has previews of the shinies you hunt, Google is just hiding all of the info from the Developers. So maybe save yourself some trouble and use something else until there is a way for them to hold on to the info.
5 ★Why have I not found this sooner!? I could've kept better track on so many chains I've done! It's an added bonus for just how easy it is to use. I also love the cute litte way it congratulates and makes it feel all the better to finally be able to get the shiny
