जिल्हा परिषद प्राथमिक शाळा खांजापूर ता. संगमनेर जि अहमदनगर ही शाळा संगमनेर पासून अवघ्या ५ किलोमीटर अंतरावर आहे .आग्नेश्वर मंदिराच्या पावन भूमीत अत्यंत रम्य व निसर्गाच्या सान्निध्यात असून जवळच डोंगररांगा आहे .या डोंगर रांगामध्ये विठ्ठलकडा हा प्रसिद्ध धबधबा आहे .पावसाळ्यात अनेक पर्यटक येथे हा धबधबा पाहण्यास येतात.प्रभू रामचंद्र जेंव्हा चौदा वर्ष वनवासात होते तेंव्हा काही दिवस आग्नेश्वर परिसरात प्रभू रामचंद्र यांचे वास्तव या ठिकाणी होते अशा पावन भूमीत खांजापूर गाव वसलेले
सन १९६० ला सुरु झालेली शाळा आहे. सुरुवातीस लोकसहभागातूनच शिक्षकांचा पगार दिला जाई त्यानंतर श्री दये गुरुजी यांनी शाळेला अत्यंत शिस्तप्रिय केले आज या शाळेतील अनेक विद्यार्थी देशपातळीवर आपल्या गावाचे व शाळेचे नाव उंचावत आहे .
गेली तीन वर्ष झाली शाळेला इमारत नाही पण ग्रामस्त व ग्रामपंचायत यांच्या सहकार्याने शाळा व्यायाम शाळेत, सार्वजनिक वाचानालयात, व ग्रामपंचायत कार्यलय या ठिकाणी भरते आहे .
गावचे वैशिष्टे म्हणजे या गावातून एकही विद्यार्थी बाहेर गावात शाळेत जात नाही. आज http://zpschoolkhanjapur.blogspot.com/ या नावाने शाळेचा blog आहे. या माध्यमातून शाळेतील अनेक उपक्रम व उल्लेखनीय बाबी यांना प्रसिद्धी दिली जाते. शाळेत आज १०२ मुले आनंदाने शिकत आहे पालकांच्या सहकार्याने संगणक कक्ष व प्रोजेक्टर द्वारे दैनदिन अध्यापन केले जाते सहकार्य करणाऱ्या सर्व हितचिंतकांचे आमची शाळा सतत आभारी असेन.
