1 ★This was a 5 star app. Worked great with my older Samsung A32. I was able to share videos with that phone. On my new A54 I can't download videos to the gallery.

2 ★It's a smaller yet simple device if your looking to only record while your vehicle is in the on/start position. Mine does not. I bought it to catch my gaslight stalker! Needless to say it shut off as soon as my vehicle did. In my personal opinion I think it was an outrageous price tag for such a basic camera. But maybe it's exactly what you might need! Good luck

1 ★App keeps crashing everytime I open it unable to view videos or upload will never buy another rand mcnally product.as of 10/9/22 app still hasn't been fixed don't waste your money on any rand mcnally product. App is finally working but does not show map location on videos anymore

1 ★Somebody had a brain fart when designing this app. I can't use MapShots because I have to be connected to the internet to do that. If I'm connected to the camera (with wifi) I'm not connected to the internet. Connecting to the internet disconnects the camera. Thanks for nothing, Rand Mcnally. I think I'll buy another brand next time.

1 ★Has a bug in the app everytime try to open the app it closes.

5 ★After a few months of this app working perfectly, I suddenly had problems with the app crashing every time I connected to the dashcam. I'm super happy to announce that a new update finally came, and the app no longer crashes! Rand McNally has a long history of providing navigational aids for drivers. Updating their maps in the 1980s is just as important to them as updating dashcam software in the 2020s. Thank you! I'm happy to change my review to FIVE STARS!

2 ★The app use to work grate and now it won't even open and if it does open and hooks up to wifi it shutdown. I want a refund!
