2 ★Without Pro version (very expensive monthly fee) you are unable to sync characters and access other key components that would make this a good app. The value just isn't there and spoils what would be a well done app. I like to support independent developers (See Pathbuilder by David Wilson) but this costs the same as my Amazon Prime Student membership.
1 ★It offers an incredibly expensive inside subscription based premium service. I've used this for a long time, even recommend it, but now it expects me to pay 4 usd *PER MONTH* to have (future) access to a simple feature the app should've had a long time ago (adding custom entries to cover for some missing spells). I know programming takes effort and there are more features, but paying 48 usd/year for this app isn't OK. I would gladly pay a fixed price, but for now uninstalling it seems better.
3 ★I found this very handy on my old phone. (even though I never quite got my head around load outs... I had the option to save them but couldn't find how to load them... So it just became a useless button to me) My biggest problem is now I'm on my shiny new phone I can't find a way to transfer my characters & states over. (yes I could just re-create & re-cast my spent spells from my physical paper character sheet, but it'd be nice if I could just export the current state)
2 ★No support for Eldritch Scoundrel.
5 ★Very useful! BUT... Does not handle the Evangelist (PZO9267) prestige class properly. At Evangelist 6 and Sorcerer 3 with Sorcerer as aligned class, PCGen importing should be finding my character at caster level 8, instead of 3. A minor fuss that is easily solved with manually setting your spellbook, and a little issue that's not enough to dock a star, since Evangelists aren't exactly everywhere. :P
4 ★The app works great for Selecting my spells and tracking most of my spells per day. There are two issues though, First i am playing a Sin magic wizard and i get 2 spell slots from my specialization, As it stands the app only adds one. Second when i am playing a witch and select stabilize as one of my known cantrips i am unable top prepare it. Other than those two issues the app is awesome.
5 ★Goddamn! Latest version had me bothered since i lost my character as it was made without any account. After recreating it, I then noticed that it now had support for my judgements, as an inquisitor I am pleased and the amount on content for free. Would be awesome if there was a one time payment to unlock specific stuff though.
4 ★Great app so far. My only request is to have the ability to add spell slots for high ability scores. These numbers are presented in the core rulebook on page 17. I'm keeping this app regardless of that ability but it would allow me to utilize it to it's fullest.
3 ★Stopped working after the last update. Gets stuck on the startup screen. Also a little dismayed after reading the reply to someone questioning charging for premium as saying less than a rulebook as a starting point-heres the thing: Its a spell loadout, thats it. You link directly to d20pfsrd, which is free (via advertisers) and which players could alternatively keep open on their device instead of this app. I'm sure they'd love to know you're planning on making money off links to their work too.
1 ★Nice idea. Filled out the character information. Added the spells.........in fact, I had so much fun that you can imagine my joy when I discovered that I'm completely unable to save my character, so I get to do it all again every time I want to use the app. (please note: this is sarcasm)
4 ★App is really good, there's some missing links so if they could be updated and if all the spells are added, some are still missing, other than that I use this all the time for spell uses and would recommend, fix those links and add some more of the spells and you'll get my 5 stars
3 ★Feats like spell penetration and greater spell penetration are missing, and there's no way to sort spells by level. Having to manually add each 0-level spell for classes that automatically know all cantrips is also a huge pain. Still, works better than trying to keep track of everything on paper.
