How to install Run An Empire APK on Android phone or tablet?

4 ★There's been a lot of issues regarding the economy and the bonuses. The amount of money you gain in general is very inconsistent. The bonuses don't ever add up. The money I'm supposed gain away from playing is not even giving me anything anymore. I like the game, but these issues are so irritating and game-breaking that I feel that I don't want to play anymore.
2 ★Look I don't want to be unfair, this game has a LOT for itself, it's fun, interesting, well designed, but it's nearly impossible to commit to this game without paying constantly for gems - which are a truly necessary part of progressing. Unless something is done about this serious pay wall, I can't see myself coming back anytime soon, which is actually quite sad because I was really getting to like it.
1 ★Developers keep significantly reducing stronghold storage. They expect people to pay money for gems to use to increase storage, but they will take it away and won't reply to emails. Literally what you buy in the game is taken away like it never happened. Also the game is hardly about running and is just farming. Do yourself a favor and don't bother. They even took away over 200 gems from my account and left me with a negative gem balance! Outrageous!
2 ★This game used to be fun in the early versions but as the game progresses it becomes too hard to advance. Furthermore the ads are taking up way too much space and are badly timed. For example when you want to go running you need to plan with a 30 second delay because there is an ad that gives you a game advantage that you can only play at that time and you finish your run there is another 30 second delay. So the end result is that it became too inconvenient and annoying instead of fun and playful
3 ★Nice little game with a lot of room for improvement! I have been in search of a gps-based, resource-gathering game that would keep me occupied even while I'm not on the move and I DIDN'T WANT a bland and empty clicker game. This came as a very pleasant surprise. Some music or FX sounds would be a welcome addition as well as the option to turn off vibration (can't seem to find it). Otherwise It's been fun so far, but I haven't got far at the moment. So no proper suggestions yet. But soon.
3 ★I've been in the same age (atomic) for a long time now. At one point I've started progressing but now back to 0%. Nothing else to achieve at the moment. Generally speaking, I like the idea but I think it should be made more competitive. Would love to connect in game with my mates and interact more than capturing each other castles. As of now I already got bored of it.
5 ★This game is great,I'm a cable technician so I am always on the move and all over...I do have a few suggestions that are mostly cosmetic. - civilization skins. You see Romans, Egyptians, Greeks, mongols...why not let people pick their civilization? I love the Viking/medieval feel. Each one having their own decorative structures -time periods. Maybe you don't want a super advanced civilization, be able to pick your buildings skins as they unlock. Keep it up, love it.
2 ★It is a good game but has two flaws. one that after every advancement, everything resets. All buildings are ruined and all coins are lost. Now I'm at a point that I can't do anything because I have no coin. Then second is the concept of hearts. I need a heart to go for a run? Now if I'm out of hearts and out of coin, what can I do? Watched an ad and it gave me 0 (zero) coins!! I was happy with this app but this experience ruined it.
1 ★Cute art and concept, poor execution. Saving is buggy. No incentive to run since it's mainly a clicker game. Hex size makes it near impossible for runners to capture a significant number tiles via loops. Castles in random locations, often unsafe. Updates regularly break the game, including removing things you had bought with money. Leagues are unplayable due to cheating/bugs. Had given this a 2nd chance, deleted now.
2 ★Looked nice in the start, motivated me to go out for a walk/run. A few weeks ago all communication stopped from the developers; nothing on Reddit, Twitter, their kickstarter page, ... and the game only started receiving updates for micro-transactions that are becoming more and more intrusive. Loads of unfixed bugs and crashes cutting short walks/runs. Basically a cash grab app at this point.
4 ★This really encouraged me to run more! The game play is a bit shallow but still watching yourself take over parts of where you live little by little is very enjoyable. If the game could display accurate GPS data while during a run the game would be better. Right now when I run the GPS just jumps around wildly and sometimes after the run when the "accurate" running route is displayed I might end up not having a hex I thought I had visited.
3 ★Promising concept, somewhat compromised by "pay-to-play" options. The option to watch ads and double your score is one unfortunate compromise. Buying jewels to multiply earnings is a second. The lack of a desktop view unnecessarily complicates route planning. Finally the lack of details on the wiki makes it harder to understand and play.
