Description

Old School RuneScape is RuneScape how you used to know. It was first released in 2013 and is based on RuneScape as it was way back in 2007. It’s the only MMORPG in the world that is shaped by its players, with developers releasing new, regular content that has been voted for by the fans!

The world's largest and most popular MMORPG, Old School RuneScape has been played by over 300 million players since the 2001 release of RuneScape. Old School RuneScape unites the intricate mechanics of modern MMOs with the nostalgic point-and-click gameplay of early role-playing games.

FIGHT EPIC BOSSES
Battle through three extraordinary raiding encounters: the Chambers of Xeric, the Theatre of Blood, and the Tombs of Amascut. Undead dragons, volcanic monstrosities, and tyrannous vampyres await all challengers seeking great treasures.

CROSS-PLATFORM GAMEPLAY
Adventure anywhere with an innovative cross-platform approach to mobile gaming, which is truly revolutionary among MMORPGs. Whether you play with mobile or desktop, you’ll be playing on the same account on the same game worlds.

COMMUNITY LED
In Old School RuneScape players decide what new content to vote on. If a proposal is voted for by 70% or more of players, then the developers will add it to the game!
Over 2,800 questions have been polled since Old School RuneScape was released in 2013. That's over 2,800 decisions players have made to help shape the game.

CHOOSE YOUR OWN PATH
Play as the lone adventurer seeking glory through individual challenges, or band together with other heroes to leave your mark on the game. With 23 skills to master, hundreds of lore-filled quests, and dozens of unique raids and bosses to defeat, Old School RuneScape has a challenge for everyone.

EXPLORE GIELINOR
Be the first to traverse Fossil Island and uncover its lost history. Map the heated tropics of the Karamjan jungle, and brave the barren wastes of the Kharidian desert.

HUNDREDS OF QUESTS
Old School RuneScape's many lore-rich quests combines epic puzzles and enchanting narrative with the nostalgic humour of point-and-click adventures. Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★This is an amazing faithful port of osrs. Bit hard to get into though due to the high learning floor. Edit: Thanks for the reply mod Kelvin! The stuff you have done for new players in the community has been astounding, especially with the new qtl changes and emphasis for the wiki! The comment of a higher ceiling floor was never to knock the game at all since I love that it has a slow to start sort of play for me and for some people I've talked to, but the game then continues with some of the best moments I've ever had with a game. During the beta I put over 100 hours using it and it was spectacular to use, I remember back during 2008 - 2009 trying to look up YouTube tutorials on how to play RS on your phone and it has turned out better now than I would have ever imagined. Thanks for the hard work mod team, you've done something no other game or company has ever done with this level of cross platforming. Oh, and thanks for getting it released before winter 2018.
5 ★It's exactly what it says on the tin: RuneScape as it was back in 2007 with some of the features from RS3, like the Grand Exchange while removing some of the unnecessary parts from RS3, like Squeal of Fortune. I'd highly suggest you play it, RuneScape is perfect for touch screens, I just wish you can make the text bigger, even on a Pixel 2 XL, it's almost impossible to see the text.
5 ★I started playing on mobile a couple years back when i learned there was an app since my laptop wasn't powerful enough. Having played across three devices, two accounts, and a few years of off and on play, i have to say the mobile app is my preference now. It's easier on my hands, smoother to play, and very rarely glitches, and those few times it has have been on the server side. Great app, great support, easy to use, and compatible with every phone and tablet i've had so far.
5 ★I was shocked to learn how lightweight and intuitive this app is for touch screen. Then I remembered this started as an entirely mouse-based browser game almost 20 years that could smoothly run on grandma's steam-powered computer with dialup connection. So that's why everything works. Regardless, judging the app itself and not the actual game it runs, it's excellent. A couple QOL options and no ads, runs like a dream, 5 stars and should be the gold standard for apps
4 ★I started playing RuneScape around 2003. I haven't played in about 10 years and didn't even try to remember my old account info. After creating a new account, I have to say the nostalgia is real. It is exactly like I remember it. There are a couple things that could be done better imho. There needs to be an easy way to check the levels of the monsters around you.The chat box should be resizable. It takes up a very large portion of the screen. I have to keep it hidden most of the time, making it rather pointless. A 'drop all' option would be nice, but I don't recall there ever being one, so I could take or leave it. Also, the one month membership is twice as expensive as I remember. I can understand the reasons for this, but it is rather disappointing. I'm not sure it is worth it. Overall, I am rather happy with the game :)
5 ★There is so much depth to the content of this game, from skills, quests (hundreds of well written unique stories!), the economy, combat, lore... It's arguably the deepest and richest MMORPG around today, and the point-and-click control scheme has translated perfectly onto touch-screen devices. Whether you played in the old days and are looking for a nostalgia trip, or are a first time player looking for an amazing retro RPG experience, OSRS doesn't disappoint.
2 ★It's time I write a review and comments regarding the mobile play experience. Controls are great, some contents are bothersome, like the font texts colors. The clan and friends chat being dark red can be hard to read. The graphics on select location (mostly) Icey areas hurts my eyes no matter how much I dim both the game setting and my phone. The #1 issue I have though is the constant auto closing of the game App after some time. Duration is inconsistent. Can be fatal and can cause you lost item
5 ★The second this released it became the single greatest phone game of all time. It's masterfully done. The only problem I seem to have is one menu open at a time instead of 1 menu on both sides of the screen. This is disadvantageous for mobile as we dont have hotkeys that swap menus directly and in a fixed location like on computer, making end end game fights incredibly hard.
4 ★Nice to go back and replay my very first MMO. Everything is just as I remembered and so far I must have put around a day and a half into it. I do have a couple issues though. There is some sort of input delay where tapping on the screen takes about a second to register, and this app chews through my battery like no other. I don't know if you can do anything about the battery usage but fixing the delay would make this a star from me!
4 ★A good port of the game, just like I remembered it. Constant nostalgia trip. Mobile can be a bit clunky though, and I have a few suggestions for improvement: revamp and label the settings menu, so I don't have to click and guess what options I'm turning on/off, and make the special attack button below the mini map work in PVP. it's a pointless handicap for mobile players just trying to kill dragons or hit chaos altar.
4 ★I am really impressed with this app. They managed to bring the desktop experience to mobile which I never thought would happen. if it feels a little odd at first but I'm starting to enjoy some of the changes. What really frustrates me is how 50% of the time I change tabs to send a text, pull up a video, check Facebook etc it logs me out! Other than that and the fact that I probably cant get fire Cape on mobile I love it
5 ★Takes you back to it all with wonderment and joy. I got back into this a few months ago and although the phone is no substitute for a mouse and keyboard for things that require many precise clicks quickly, it is extremely portable and I can cut logs or cook fish or do quests anywhere I bring my phone . It does not drain as much battery as I would have thought . Thriving community and great player base. I love every second of it.
