2 ★Needs a lot of work. 1. Keeps on disconnecting automatically within a few seconds. 2. Information from the PC is not updating in the app in real time. We need this app to work seamlessly like the PC app. We need to control and monitor our PC using this app in real time. This app has great potential but currently it's pretty useless.
1 ★App has only worked once for me in the 6 months I've had it. The app on my Galaxy Note 10+ crashes immediately when I try either option to connect. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall multiple times with the exact same outcome. Please fix this crashing issue I have been experiencing for months now. The app on the Zephyrusm 15 GU502GV works great.
3 ★The latest version (5.2.9) crashes the application once I try to go to device settings to configure my ROG CETRA TRUE WIRELESS. I have downloaded the older version from the internet (5.2.0) and it works just fine. EDIT: With a recent update, version 5.4.1., no longer crashes and works normally.
4 ★Latest update seems to have fixed the QR code. I doubt this review will see the light of day, considering how long it took them to fix it. Overall, the app is basic but does display the armoury crate details and stats. Its useful if you dont have two screens to monitor stats in real time.
2 ★Well frankly the app just fail to deliver the functionality that it promises. It doesn't retain the connection to the pc assigned to the user account after restarting the app, Disconnets after changing performance profiles and most of the time the PC status (temp, clock speeds ...) aren't updating properly.

Have to trouble shoot with pc mobile hotspot and phone wifi, then it connects. unfortunately I have data connection through wifi and I can't use both of them simultaneously which is annoying and gets irritated. So in this case the app fails and need to update and do work. Totally unsatisfied from ASUS ROG TEAM.☹️
3 ★Works as described. HOWEVER Recently, it a notification that Armoury Crate is running keeps popping up on my S22 ultra. I swipe it away, it'll pop back up. I am at work and do not have my laptop! What gives!? I don't want to deep sleep the app as I want to be able to open it with ease when I do use it....help?
1 ★You have to reconnect to your PC every time the app is closed. If this works via Bluetooth or WIFI and the connection isn't broken there should be no reason the connection to the app should be broken. Useless unless you never want to close this app and have it continuously suck your phone's battery.
3 ★The app does work but there are not many features, you can change you mode (silent, performance, and turbo) and change a few settings like the Game Visual and turn the touchpad/Win key on or off. Its not very useful but it does what it says it does so you can't complain too much.

1 ★I recently just purchased an asus gx701gx (expensive to say the least) and the desktop app just stop working which is causing this app to not work. i can no longer change any settings in the app (like the fans, key lighting, etc...) and a ton of aura key lighting settings are Missing. is there an alternative to this dumpster fire of a software???
