1 ★so far im not impressed with the app, or the TAP XR to be honest. The app continually freezes up on me while trying to get though the tutorials. Just stops registering any tap from the device, but if I exit out of the app, it's still connected to my phone and the letters show up fine. Which brings me to my next point: the tap xr is not great at tracking accurately. Regularly misreads taps and is super frustrating. This is a device that would be so great, if it functioned as it needs to

1 ★In the very first lesson I have to type period (double tap all five fingers), and I'm always thrown out of the lesson into settings. So I can't finish the first lesson, which renders the app and the device useless. I tried multiple times and I see no way around this.

2 ★Tap strap 2: this app is not recognizing the tap strap 2, even though it is paired and connected, and can be used as an input device.

3 ★Really wanna use it but the app crashes the moment the update reaches 18%

1 ★just purchased strap 2 and I am not able to do update firmware in the app. it crashes after 18%. I will try a different device but it's very discouraging

1 ★Tap didn't improve the models as they said, I bought the Tap 2 and after some time of use they stopped working, it seems it no longer recognize the sensors in each finger, so much learning how to tap with them to lose it.
