Mas agora, como parte da concretização da Política de Atendimento ao Cidadão, o SP156 está muito mais moderno, registrando pedidos e oferecendo serviços direto no seu celular.
A nova versão do aplicativo está mais leve e conta com 10 serviços que você pode solicitar sem sair de casa ou enquanto passeia com o cachorro, vai para o trabalho ou à escola. O SP156 utiliza georreferenciamento para identificar sua localização e facilitar a indicação de onde o serviço deve ser prestado. Também é possível tirar uma foto ou anexar uma foto da galeria ao abrir uma solicitação.
Para alguns serviços, é possível abrir o pedido de forma anônima: basta selecionar a opção “Registrar anonimamente” para ocultar os dados do cadastro.
Para acessar o aplicativo, é necessário acessar sua conta. Utilize o mesmo cadastro dos outros canais SP156 ou faça rapidinho um novo cadastro, utilizando seu e-mail e CPF.
Caso não encontre o serviço no aplicativo, solicite pelos outros canais SP156: Portal SP156 (https://sp156.prefeitura.sp.gov.br/) ou Central SP156 (ligue 156). São mais de 950 serviços disponíveis e cerca de 400 deles você pode solicitar diretamente no Portal. Sem sair de casa.
