The SiteASSIST by StormTech App enables ADS to take customer service and field support to unprecedented levels. With detailed instructions on proper installation techniques for StormTech chambers and supporting video animations, this tool is designed to insure installed performance. The animations can be played individually, or played together to provide a visual representation of a StormTech chamber system install from excavation to final backfill.When support is needed, SiteASSIST provides the solution. Users can submit questions, with the ability to also include specific jobsite pictures. The images and information are sent through the app to StormTech support, and the Customer will receive a response within an hour. To schedule a Pre-Construction meeting, a customer can use the app which will utilize geo location services to identify their location, and then automatically notify the appropriate ADS team members.
For sections that are frequently referred to, they can be saved to your favorites section for easy reference. SiteASSIST is available in both English and Spanish.
