5 ★Didn't work until I plugged it in to the port. But then it synced and did the trick. So I'm good with it.
1 ★What a joke. I just spent 45mins trying to upgrade to pro, the women on the phone sounded Wake she had no idea why she was even there or what she was selling. And my call kept being disconnected. After waiting over 10 minutes on hold on several occasions she finally seemed to understand what I was trying to do and put me on hold one more time I got as far as giving her my email and thought I was just about to finally it get my upgrade code when the call was disconnected I tried calling back for the 4th time and was conned connected with a message stating that I needed to call again during normal business hours. What a joke they couldn't even finish my call? This product is garbage and so's or customer service I wouldn't recommend it at all save your money unless you feel like just smashing it with a hammer.
1 ★tried on 2002 mustang. all I got was a turning wheel and never ending "scan in progress" message. tried it 3 times for bout ten minutes each time. each time I tried it, I removed and reseated device. at the end of each time I turned ignition off before removing device and when I did that a message popped up and said no problems found. that would only happen when I turned ignition off, otherwise it just says scan in progress."no problems found" is a lie because check engine light is still on
1 ★While this app is designed for the Micro Mechanic Via BT utilising the Obd2 diagnostic port.It pretty much is worthless.That is if you can even get it to connect.Use other apps designed for the Elm device.Like Torque for instance.And yes please upgrade to Torque Pro because that unlocks some valuable features that free app does not.
4 ★Currently don't have problems with my vehicle, just wanted to check it out to see if it works and pairs properly as I've read people having problems with it. So far it works on my end. I initially had problems pairing the device onto my phone. Had to turn off my vehicle, unplug the adapter, waited a couple of seconds then restarted the process again which it connected. [Honda Pilot '03]
1 ★Doesn't do work on everyphone. It says "pairing" but never does anything on my current phone. I had to use my old phone. It doesn't even diagnose all problems. I know because I have a minnor problem with my car & my check engine light is on, but this lame device doesn't know. This is a scam to collect email address to spam people.
2 ★Wouldn't connect from phone to car. Just kept asking to try again after 10 mins gave up and called the equipment junk.
1 ★I'm car is having a problem with tire pressure monitor. The app says no problems drive safe. It's a Pain in the arse to pair to my car and my phone. Try again or rescan. It's going back and get my money back. It's a shame that things could be a best way to check our cars without spending too much money that we can't afford. Then find out its nothing.
1 ★Purchased micro mechanic because the engine light has been on for months. Downloaded app, scanned vehicle and micro mechanic says there is nothing wrong with vehicle. Which can't be right because of engine light. Offered for me to put in the code for pro version. How much more do they want you to spend. If I paid for this then it should be the pro version.
1 ★Couldn't find the problem. I installed bad parts, known to me at my mechanics garage with a $27,000.00 diagnostic machine. This app and module found NOTHING WRONG. Do NOT PURCHASE This is a WORTHLESS product and has been taken off the shelf in every store I've inquired and put on notice of its terrible, horrific performance. Never again trust these developers with any diagnostic equipment. Sad for them to steal the public's money and time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stars , - 1 million if possible.

1 ★i can't even download the app. i have had to delete numerous things and free up a gigabyte of storage and still not enough. it won't and there are no options during download to choose external storage. so i finally got it. But it says everything is ok. hook it up. 2006 jeep. check engine light on. it connects. scans. no problem. it obviously doesn't work. i got another app car scanner elm it had in instruction. has 4.7 stars. still couldn't get it to work
