Description
In this game you play 11 rounds against the computer and/or against other humans. The winner is the player who has the lowest score at the end of the game.NOTE! If you have a Samsung and dragging cards in Five Kings doesn't work, please install Samsung Game Tuner. Depending on your version of Game Tuner, either:
1. Tap the MODES tab and set to Maximum Quality (100% resolution), then Save. This will affect all your games.
2. OR in the MODES tab, pick Custom and then for Five Kings set Resolution Ratio to 100%, then tap Save.
3. OR In the side Menu, tap Settings>Apps Category and change Five Kings to Non-Game, then tap Save.
You start with the round of 3's where you have 3 cards and 3's are wild (in addition to Jokers). You end with the round of Kings where you have 13 cards and Kings are wild.
In each turn, draw from the Draw or Discard pile to your hand, meld your cards (by dragging them to the meld area on the screen), and discard a card to the Discard pile.
Melds are 3 or more of the same rank, or 3 or more in a sequence, including as many wild cards as you like.
A player is "out" when they have melded all their cards, giving them a score of 0 for the round.
All other players get one more turn to improve their hands, or also go out. At the end of the round, your score for the round is the sum of the unmelded cards you have left. Cards count their face value except that unmelded wild cards count 20, and unmelded Jokers count 50!
Sound difficult? Fortunately Five Kings has five (of course) game difficulties from Beginner (where the game helps you play and gives you hints) to Challenging (where your on your own against the Expert). The Easy opponent may throw you wild cards half the time, but you'll need all your skills and strategy to beat the Expert consistently.
Five Kings is inspired by the timeless classic Five Crowns card game from Set.

4 ★It worked great. I love this game, but all of a sudden it would not let me discard or meld. Like what the heck, the game stopped working.
2 ★I enjoy playing when it's working, but it seems the more I play the more often it crashes.
5 ★Card games have been my favorite since I was a kid and my grandparents taught me to play a wide variety of them.. I'm always looking for a new or different one and this one really fits the bill..Thanks devs for a great game and those memories of Saturday night cards!!!

3 ★No frills which is good. No ads, which is better. Would like it if it were more obvious when the Droid goes out- a sound maybe or a constant red box around your opponent's scorecard.
3 ★This game was great, one of my favorites in fact. However since the new update I can't play anymore. Every time I try to discard there is nothing. It keeps telling me to discard but it won't let me, no matter what. I'm dragging it to the discard pile but nothing.
3 ★This app doesn't work well with the new Samsung s7 and I'm pretty sad because it worked amazing on my LG. It's like it isn't recognizing my movements at all. I can't drag my discard or even meld anything
3 ★It's difficult to meld what you have and to discard. I've gotten the discard down bit I still can't figure out how to meld. It was showing a button to help meld and it did it for you but not anymore. I wish there were more options for this game because it is a fun game.
3 ★Can't Meld cards I want to because the game thinks it knows better. So I have to play easy for auto meld. Needs a MUCH bigger sign when the Droid goes down. I always miss it and end up with 100 points when I could have melded.
5 ★Great when I don't want to use data! I play a lot while my husband is driving on our vacation! Overall it's great, but a few suggestions for improvements down the road-- a more obvious way to tell if someone has gone out. I get this is part of the more challenging levels, but I've gotten burned bad by that!! I also wish it would save how many people I'm playing against from the last gane I played. I like keeping 4 droids, but it likes to reset to 2. And it doesn't save the mean names I give the droids. :)
4 ★I really like this game, but I find the computer discarding wild cards in the higher hands where it clearly should keep them or combine them with existing melds. I overall a good representation of Five Crowns!
3 ★Played this addicting game for hours, but all of a sudden I can't meld or discard anymore. Possibly an update issue? Having to drag to the exact specific spot to meld was always a pain but not enough to keep me from playing, but now the cards won't "stick". Sad, since this was one of my favorite time wasters.
