4 ★Works well enough for what it's meant for, but UI can be a bit quirky. Back button frequently exits the app unexpectedly, clock selector still uses AM/PM even if system set to 24-hour clock, and the on-call override is buried and unlabelled.
1 ★I can't log in to my organization, webapp works ok, Android app broken as hell. I figured it out what's their issue with logins, some special characters can't be used, basically I changed my password to something else and it worked. Very sad apps with such security risks exist
3 ★Hi Team, please extend the snooze time in days max 30 days . the reason behind that some events takes much time to resolve. eg any hardware upgrade it requires approval and due to this we need to snooze daily. to overcome this problem please update the app.
5 ★For the most part, PD works rather well... I have been working in the Ops Support/SRE space for over 12 years. and this definitely filled void that used to cause us a lot of pain. Hell i even recommended this to my old boss who happens to be the tech director of a global financial company. I like what they have done here... if you have the money... go for it... Iv removed my old comment but the comment history should still have it archived somewhere... :)
4 ★Would be great to have Wear OS app that can override "Theater mode" and "DND mode" optionally. Why it is important? If you are on call you don't want your partner to wake up in the middle of the night, because your watches can buzz and not your phone.
4 ★For some reason when I try to screen mirror the app on a windows 10 using different mirror software or the Connect native app, the main view of the app is not visible. You can mirror the settings page or anything elese on the app. I have tried on a galaxy s10, and a samsung note 4.
1 ★When i put my phone on vibrate or silent, i don't get sound notifications, even though i enabled all settings to override the system sound. This is the core functionality of the app and it doesn't work!
5 ★As others have stated, silent override is not working on my Samsung. The community thread page for this has also been taken down. From what I can tell, 5.92 is the latest and it's still broken. EDIT - 5/7/2020: Issue has been resolved, thanks guys!
3 ★I think a bug is introduced in the recent updates. There is no touch and hold gesture to copy text from issue logs now. It's very annoying to update the alert title (since I cannot copy exception name from logs)
1 ★High urgency volume override is broken for me on Android 10 (Galaxy S9). This causes me to miss pages so the app is useless. Pagerduty promised a fix by 3/27 and has still not delivered.
1 ★Does not work the apo is broken, when logging in, it just says that it cannot login at this time. In browser login works fine at the same time ...
5 ★I like the app. But I'm getting app notifications for all the incidents when I switch on my mobile internet connection though I have acknowledged and resolved those incidents from the website.
