1 ★Game glitches all the time . Game keeps freezing up at crucial matches when I match two crystal balls together. When it asks to watch a video to get a free life, it automatically cancels the playback after I watch it. So I never get the promised free life. It takes a while for each game to load and it's not my device that's at fault. You lose precious time, especially when there's a timed event. So you can never collect the required amount of collectibles to win prizes. In short, I wouldn't even give this game a single star but you are forced to do so if you want to write a review. Don't waste your time on this game!!!! It ain't worth it.
3 ★Playing this game for a second time I remember why I deleted it the first time. Quite enjoyable to start but some of the levels are ridiculously difficult to get past taking 20 to 30 attempts or more. It becomes tedious and no amount of skill helps because it is just the way the jewels tumble. Eventually it loses its enjoyment and becomes a battle of wills. Surely that's not the sole purpose of a game. There should be some reward for effort rather than going days before getting to the next level. Bored with this now, I'm no longer playing but fighting.
1 ★It starts out fun, then there are to many problems 1 you start having trouble connecting to facebook, 2 then you have problems with playing videos for free lives or boosters, 3 half the time you don't get your rewards. 4 when you try to get a hold of the support team it's always the same thing , we're sorry you're having trouble with mystery match. 5 when they do get one thing fixed another messes up. SO PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND GOOD LUCK.
5 ★I had to start over for the 4th time. I'm not sure why. I love this game. It is challenging, fun, and different from any other game I've played. However, it's been months and the problems the game has have not been fixed and more are being added. You can't connect to facebook, you lose free stuff because there is no video or it says video cancelled when you did nothing. Is it worth it?
1 ★I initially enjoyed this, but for quite some time now the levels are ridiculously hard to beat and I can't get past level 143 at all. Just like all the other similar games, they suck you in to get you hooked but then make it impossible to advance without spending a fortune on powerups and extra moves, which I refuse to do any more. And since having to replay the same level 30 or 40 times trying to beat it, ceases to be entertaining, I'm just going to uninstall it.
5 ★Truly wonderful game. Some levels are quite challenging and had to play the same level probably a dozen times, but since I use this game for relaxation purposes, I didn't mind that, and eventually managed to pass the very difficult levels especially with the help of the infinite amount of lives that the game developers freely given me every few days or so (the infinite amount of lives thing can last upto 12 hours at a time, sometimes). The visuals are absolutely fantastic, too.
2 ★This game stops and hangs while playing which stops a level from completing please fix this bug ASAP.
1 ★The developers think they're cute, but the absolute best way to keep people from playing your game, and to lose your customers, is to use limited lives, then make the puzzles incredibly hard to do. That results in frustration, people uninstalling, and leaving 1 star reviews to warn others not to waste time and especially money, on your game.
3 ★Really good game but after a while you see the pattern where you know you can't possibly win for another 10 or even 20 rounds, no matter what you do, so what's the point....wins are fixed. Might be obvious with all these match 3 games and I dont mind spending money, but they need more of a chess strategy....
4 ★love this game. Have been playing for a couple of years now and never spent any money on it. However did lose all my levels and and to restart on level 1 ( annoying when you've reached level 1500 ). Some levels are harder but that's the fun of it! Don't give up! Would have given it 5 stars if only it didn't take so long to refill your lives.
3 ★The game is fun and very addicting, I dont like that you cannot play it offline and save your progress. Some of the levels are extremely frustrating but for the most part can be passed withing 10 lives. The lives should be a bit more as you climb levels because at a point it is nearly impossible because the colors of the gems you need are not enough on the board.
4 ★On the puzzles where you have to collect the marked gems, etc. it doesn't count them all. I noticed it and have made a point to watch whenever I make a move. It's either a glitch that needs fixed or it's deliberately doing it to keep you from advancing. Also, those chess pieces that immediately cover over and erase the special gems you just created - that's a really low thing to do. Especially when it's the ONLY way to get rid of them. Otherwise, I like the game.
