2 ★Haven't had much problems but since the last update after the ads the screen goes black and have to restart which means loose all progress. Update. They fixed the glitch but now after a 30 second ad it takes you to the play store, then after you exit out of that you have to wait an additional 10 seconds. Ads shouldn't be longer than 15 seconds
1 ★just started to hate this game because of long and repeting ada. esspecially for the royal king.

1 ★Kept the app hoping bug would be fixed. No such luck, deleting app and hopefully warning others. Coins stolen again. How do we get these creators to respond?
3 ★The match-three game play is good, but is ruined by irrelevant spins, rewards, and quests. I find it playable, if annoying, without making any purchases.
5 ★Love the game, but I absolutely HATE the 'Princess Gift'. I don't want to start a new level with a diamond !! I feel like that's cheating. I wish I could opt out of it. I wait until the time of the princess gift has passed to play (2 days !!🤢), but then it just gives me this "gift" all over again. It's ruining the experience of playing, I like the challenge of working to actually pass a level. I really hate the princess gift. Take it away, please.
1 ★Glitching, it's the Royal match ads that's doing it, I don't know what they did with the new update, but it has got this game glitching it's not giving you your prizes are nothing, can you fix this, please, that would be great thank you and I'm not emailing anything fix your game
5 ★It's fun but I prefer Jewel classic as its just a match game with no puzzles to complete
2 ★It's OK, if the sound is turned off. Some levels too ridiculously difficult, stuck on level 120, getting bored of trying to get past it so uninstalling the game. Problem is that one needs boosters and it is rare to get a useful booster on spinning the wheel of fortune. Usually get coins, which are useless as far as I can tell and you can't skip levels.
4 ★This game is super addicting. Been playing a while (I'm over level 1000) with no issues, until today. After the update, my lives stopped accruing while the app was closed. I opened the app to zero lives. We'll see if that changes tomorrow. In retrospect, it's slightly disappointing that at a certain point we can no longer do the special chests without losing lives. Thought they were bonus levels? Either way, kudos to the creators of the game! :)
4 ★I like this game a lot and the levels are sufficiently challenging. I do have one observation though. I'm currently at level 813 which isn't marked as 'hard' but I found that one extremely hard to solve and only solved it because by chance I happened on two adjacent diamonds. I've seen this before. Many levels marked 'hard' I solve in one iteration while other levels I need ten or more tries to solve. How do you people judge how hard a level is? It seems to really accurate. But great game otherwise
