2 ★I was curious to play this after reading an article that stated that it returned to the original format for the series. But as I loaded the game up I immediately got a feeling of dread in the pit of my stomach. Whilst the game isn't a bubble popping or matching gaming, the art style, sound effects, bird powers, and much else are very lacking knowing what Rovio had done in the past. I would recommend playing this for and hour or so to unlock all the birds, and see what you think of it.
2 ★I love this app, but since the last update (May 11, 2021) it has been glitchy. There are times a new bird doesn't load and I have to waste a life to reset the game, and then it happens again right after I reset it sometimes too. There are other times when, for example, it shows I still need to "kill" a pig and the screen won't progress, but there are no more pigs, so I have to waste a life on that too. These weren't issues until the update.
1 ★I love angry birds, a lot of fun to play, until now. This game just pissed me the F*#@ off. I was on 109 and a f*#@ing glitch caused the bugs you have to rescue to go to a spot you Can't get to. So now I lost the bonuses for winning the round on the first try and I wasted a couple of the power ups you can aquire. Uninstalling for damn sure
5 ★So far thru 20 levels it has basically to introduce you to the birds and how to use them. I thought that was pretty well done. I look forward to more challenging puzzles to come. A good start to the game. Each level has two to four puzzles. Some of the birds have new moves. The two in particular have cool moves. One at the point it hits makes a small circle then hits downward. The does the same little circle but hits sideways. I like both of those new moves for the two birds.
3 ★Got to level 71 and the two lightning bugs will not unite! Please fix this!!! Thanks!
1 ★You might as well play the lottery. The randomness in this game makes no sense. Physics are all over the place. One minute the bird goes through numerous blocks other times it won't go through 2. Pigs drop the whole screen and nothing happens when other times they are not even touched but pop. The stupid fireflies that get stuck on every surface is enough to drive you insane. Completely lost the joy to play in just a few days.
1 ★Love the game, but am giving it one star because since yesterday when they added the new daily free booster, I cannot play. It won't let me click the free booster, and apparently the rest of the game doesn't work until you do. I click to play a level, it moves the little icon, but the level never loads. I emailed support and they haven't answered. I'm very bored, now.
1 ★I like Angry Birds Journey but it has gotten boring. The same levels keep getting repeated over and over. And like others have said the game freezes right before the next bird is supposed to come up. Get new levels and fix the freezing issue or I'll be uninstalling. Update... Now the game opens but when I click on the icon to open the next level it goes to the cloud picture and that's it. IT WILL NOT OPEN. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Done with this bs. Uninstalling!!
3 ★I absolutely love the game, but since the May 11 update I have major issues. I am currently stuck, my game is literally stuck on level 1 of Gaia's Challenge. Nothing scores and despite completing the level multiple times, I cannot move forward. No apples or leafs are counted during those contests. It has been several days now. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. I have sent messages in via the support and no responses. UPDATE - As of 5/20 update, I am still stuck in same lev.
4 ★It's an amazing app, but I found an annoying bug where the game loads, and then it collects the level's star, and then it happens again and again until you exit and rejoin the app. It's not game breaking, but it is really annoying. This happens first around level 25 now happens after the every level.
1 ★Worst physics in an Angry Birds game so far. The bird stack is random, so you can't formulate a pattern like you can in AB2. Bird damage output is random, so sometimes Chuck with destroy 6 pieces of stone or barely crack 2 pieces of wood. All the birds just kind of "poof" out of existence after using their abilities instead of falling around for bonus damage. Lightning Bug AI is a dumpster fire, as they get stuck on every piece of debris on the field. The wind perk seems to only change textures
2 ★Love this game but it's now freezing when I try to play, takes away one of my plays every time, or puts a bird on there that isn't even an option to get. Soo, idk what you guys have done, but please fix is soon. One more thing, please make new levels. I'm playing the same ones over.
