* Frame-skipping:
I added frame-skipping for slower devices, actually it runs a bit
more jerky if its turned on (1 or higher) because sometimes the physics will cycle a few times without drawing updates so it's recommended to only use it on older devices. If you have a faster device just keep it at 0. On my GS2 I run it on speed 40 with 0 frame-skip and Z-ordering on.
